Wonderful
I thoroughly enjoyed the authentic French spirit of the hotel. The location was excellent—just a few minutes' walk from the promenade and the train station, which offers coastal routes toward both Saint-Tropez and Monaco. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby to suit any taste. I was impressed by the hospitality and warmth of the staff, who were always willing to assist with valuable local tips to ensure a great stay. I also appreciated the delicious breakfast and the characterful restaurant. The French room with a balcony was also a highlight.
The hotel is quite wonderful, but to enhance the guest experience, I would focus on the details in the rooms and bathrooms. In certain areas, it is evident that some fixtures or elements are showing wear and tear and require attention and updating.

The bathroom was set up weird and was not clean in some areas near the shower. The shower also didn't drain very well and the set up was weird. It was hard for a tall person to fit underneath the shower and to not get water all over the floor.

I loved this hotel. The concierge remembered my name each morning (!). The breakfast was very generous. Designer coffees, crepes, rotating patisseries each day, bacon and eggs, granola bar, etc. The location is fabulous. It’s 2-3 blocks to the ocean and 3 blocks to the #2 central tram which goes to the airport. The 5-8 minute walk to Jean Medicin / Old Town is along a pedestrian street with fun shopping. My corner apt. room had a great balcony view and space! I’d come back in a nanosecond. But maybe best of all, I really respected the hotel’s efforts to consider the environment. This was the only place I stayed in 5 weeks that provided a large glass carafe for your room with access to water fountains (still and sparkling) in the lobby for you to fill as you need along with many other lower-footprint options.

This hotel has many thoughtful amenities, including beach gear and umbrellas to use and a cute colorful lounge/breakfast area. I loved the location, just a short walk to the beach, many cool shops and cafes all around the hotel. Laundromat a block away. Super comfy bed & bedding. Spacious suite with a kitchenette and a stylish sitting room decorated in mid century modern chic. I appreciated that they included a good breakfast with lots of variety and a self service coffee/tea machine in the lobby that you can access any time of day. Very friendly and helpful staff. Such a warm and welcoming vibe there. I'll be back!

The pictures are more updated than the actual property. It was doable for a short stay. The staff were SUPER friendly and nice. The rooms do need some updating. Especially the bathrooms. The shower would leak water all the way to the bathroom floor so that was uncomfortable.

After our flight was canceled just an hour before departure, we had to quickly find a new hotel and booked this one around 10 PM for the same night. We arrived frustrated – but the warm and friendly welcome at reception immediately lifted our spirits. We were even upgraded to a suite, which was a lovely surprise. The suite was spotless, the bed very comfortable, and the bathroom well stocked with toiletries. Our next flight wasn’t until the evening, so we were able to leave our luggage at reception and enjoy the day in the city stress-free. The location is perfect – central and convenient. We’d definitely come back.

5 mins walk to the beach but in a back street which is relatively quiet and nice neighborhood. Friendly staff. Gave us free early check in - well appreciated after a long overnight flight. Suggested a great bakery for breakfast and also a great French restaurant for dinner.

Staff is very friendly. 10 min walk up the street to main train station. Close to Negresc hotel off the promenade Anglais. Walking distance to old flower market and Place Massena.
Hotel bed is very comfortable and ac works excellent. Free water and coffee. Breakfast is only 12€.
