Exceeded our expectations in every way. Perfect location, 3 minute (2 blocks) to the sea/Promenade. Friendly and helpful staff, especially helpful to us with our limited French. The suite/apartment was spacious and comfortable with our own private balcony. Very safe neighborhood with multiple shopping and dining spots all around. We had a car and they do have two on site parking spots you must reserve in advance, however they have a recommended parking garage near by (25 per day). This was our first visit to France and we have fallen in love with Nice and the Jay Hotel!

Room was a good size for a family of 3. We had a living room area and a balcony. Location was perfect.
Bath had small cracks in it although they had been covered and sofa was not that comfortable.

Location of the hotel is perfect. Super helpful and nice staff. Main bedroom was really nice and comfortable.
Bathroom facilities are uncomfortable and outdated. The room was not soundproof.

Location was excellent. Great hotel, the staff were exceptional! The foyer was great, also great vibe - happy hour every night, free water, gas water to fill up your bottles. Free tea, coffee and cappuccinos! Room small, but expected for a double room. Value for $$

Room was immaculate, and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was great except the shower was a bit hinky, although the water pressure was amazing. WE LOVED THE STAFF!!! Everyone was really helpful and pleasant, and they really made us feel welcomed. Location was a short walk from train station and close to Promenade Anglaise and Old Town.
Lighting didn't work everywhere in the room.

It is in a great location. The accommodation is excellent and the staff are like one big family who work highly efficiently together to give excellent service to their guests.

Beautiful little apartment - very private and gives you a great feel for what it would be like to live there.
Lovely balcony overlooking the streets of Nice. Bedroom was comfortable and spacious.
