We got a nice upgrade and our room was pleasant enough with a nice view from a cute little balcony.
The way the staff treated our travelling companions when they refused to move them from
a room that smelled like sewer.

The location in central Nice was great. Close to both the main train station and to the waterfront. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. The rooftop bar was a nice touch and the included breakfast was very good. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was nicely finished. The underground parking was great for our rental car.
The combination bathtub/shower was a drawback. A very high step to get in and out and the shower surround covered 25% of the area, so water could get sprayed all over the bathroom. The tub/shower drained very, very slowly.

The rooftop staff and the cleaning ladies were so kind and lovely.
3 of us went. 2 people with back issues. We ONLY booked this hotel because we booked the 2 queen bedroom. When checking in, THEY GAVE our room away, and put us in a room with 2 twin beds. They called it an “upgrade” it was not. There was a couch bed but in the evening, they REFUSED to give sheets for it or help open it up. My friend slept partly outside in the couch on the Balcony area. We barely slept AND they would not allow us to pay for late checkout, the Serbian lady receptionist was Very Rude. She said if we had our original room we COULD have checked out late but not with the room they gave us (that we did not Originally book) I understand perfect French and she talked awfully about us in French. This was a horrid experience. I’m a travel blogger so I’ll be discussing this on tik tok as well. So sad. We offered to pay for a different room even to wait for our flight that had been delayed bc 2 of my friends have back issues, and they claimed it was sold out even tho there were availabilities on booking and the hotel site. Definitely got a 2 star treatment. They need to understand upgrading 3 ADULTS to 2 twin beds is NOT good only bc we were given a balcony. The attitudes were awful as well. My friend slept outside on the couch from around 4 am bc her back hurt. Will attach pictures.

Amazing staff, nice rooms.
The pool on the rooftop is very small, there was a piece of cloth from the cleaning lady inside the bed. The balneo bath wasn’t working. We sent an email but no one answered.

The location and my premium room at the 7th floor was nice.
Pool was too small and not clean because of crowd. There were different groups all around all the time and I think the hotel is a very popular convenient center.

Enjoyed the rooftop terrace and pool. Breakfast was very good with a great view.
Bed was a bit too hard and uncomfortable for us. Hallway on our floor could use updating.

the location was excellent and the staff were friendly ensuring that you were ok
due to early season facilities such as sun umbrellas were not a available despite asking twice no one updated to say if there was one available.
maintenance was ingoing for the time I was there meaning 2/3of the outside areas were not available to guests
air con not working so an uncomfortable night sleep and the tv wasn’t working for smart channels requiring a technician to attend (this was done).

Room 725 has roof top bar and kitchen above very noisy. Separate toilet is above 900mm x 900mm absolutely brutal.
