Room pictures on the website look totally different to actual room, the room is very small, the patio door is very hard to open, and they said we got upgraded for free but I honestly did not know what was the upgrade, it was a basic standard room, shower has no curtain and the shower has no hinge to put up at the top, overall very basic rooms I would give 2 stars

Room very nice had coffee making facilities and mini bar. Location perfect for train and the beach. Hotel has rooftop bar and pool where breakfast is served. Great breakfast, scrambled egg, sausage bacon etc also cheese cold meats fresh fruit yoghurt cereal and pastries so all good.
Perhaps toiletries replenished. But nitpicking as have stayed in this hotel four or five times now and will go back.

The rooftop pool and jacuzzi were fabulous. The breakfast in the morning was well stocked and very tasty. The reception staff were all very welcoming and warm. The location was also excellent with the beach only a 5 minute walk away. The balcony was nice but theres no view.
The room was a bit outdated. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable and poor quality although the bed and mattress themselves were okay. The mini fridge had 4 items in it and was poorly stocked.

The shower has no glass , it is open inside the toieltte, so if someone takes shower, the whole floor is wet and such a mess,,

Staff were rude for the most part (lady at the pool bar being the exception), hidden charges and very unhelpful. Lift was broken and they just shrugged their shoulders and were sending geriatrics up flights of stairs without apology!

The view from breakfast. Very helpful staff in booking my car trip to Cannes. Walking distance to most sites.
Aircon not that cold. I could hear conversation at the adjacent room.

all staff, rooftop facilities and food were brilliant.
first floor clearly needs refurbishing. theres no full length mirror in the suite we stayed in. patio area was small and in full shade the whole time.
