The breakfast wasn’t good just OK.
The room specifically the sofa was really dirty!
The closet were not clean . I did not put my clothes, I was afraid to get bedbug, I didn't feel at ease sleeping in that room.

Superb location — ten minutes on foot to the beach and the Promenade. Breakfast was excellent, genuinely one of the best on this trip. The staff were flexible about parking: their own garage is valet, and when we said we would rather not hand over the keys, they arranged a space for us in the open car park of the hotel next door, 50 m away, with free EV charging. Everything else about the stay was very good.
Only one lift was working during our stay, which meant waiting at busy times — staff said it was temporary. Parking is expensive at 25 € per day, and the alternative space is open-air rather than in a garage.

Disappointing
The location was very central, and it was nice to have a pool with a restaurant attached. I also liked that there was a bathtub and plenty of closet space. Very effective blackout curtains and window coverings. The view from the roof was very cool.
The first room we had was not only aesthetically not nearly as appealing compared to the photos attached to the booking, there was a sewage smell in the room, stains on the walls, the room itself was tiny, and the bed extremely firm and very uncomfortable. When I told them about the smell, they offered to spray perfume in the room, to which I said I was allergic. I tried to get a room change the first night due to these factors, but was told the hotel was fully booked despite the same type of room showing as available online. After inquiring about a room change with the front desk several times (they did not make any effort to reach out to us to let us know if we could switch), they were finally able to switch our room, which was better aesthetically, there was no smell, and the bed was slightly more comfortable. However, the bed was smaller, and there were still stains on the walls and peeling paint on the baseboards.
The rooftop pool, while an obvious main attraction for the hotel, had no system of verifying the users were in fact hotel guests, and the lounge chairs were occupied every time we wanted to use them. We usually found another place to sit, but this kind of dampened our enthusiasm for the pool.

The room was comfortable! My room had a very nice and deep soaking tub and a balcony. The location was not too far from most of the Nice attractions.
The staff was awful! They told me I could check in at 3pm. I came back at 3pm and they told me my room wasn’t ready and check in is actually at 4pm. I arrived to my room and it was two twin beds. I asked them can they fix it to one king bed. They said yes, we’ll have someone do it right away. I left and came back to my room, still 2 twin beds. For my entire stay I asked them to address this and they still didn’t fix it h til my last night. It was especially annoying because I was a single traveler. Most egregious is when I arrived back at around 8 PM and I asked the front desk again. Can they fix the bed and they were like they were going to send someone write that second just to leave the room. And I sat in the hallway for a half an hour, and no one came.

Le staff était exceptionnel, l'emplacement à 5 minutes à pied de la plage est idéal, la chambre était spacieuse et confortable, et enfin, le petit-déjeuner était très bon. Bref, rien à redire.
C'est un détail, mais quelques transats en plus à la piscine pourraient être utiles.

The room I got given at first wasn’t in good condition at all, they offered to upgrade me for free and from there everything was great, no complaints at all. Staff was amazing and very helpful.
First room I was given was really bad, carpet out of place, very dirty and beaten up, door handles are bent and broken.

I imagine in 2000’s this was a nice hotel worthy of a 4 star rating. Until they refurbish it, it should be downgraded to 2-3. It’s old and unacceptable as a 4 star hotel. The breakfast was so crowded and the staff were rude. The choices were not quality either, again as a 4-star grade! Doors completely scratched, floors missing marble, rugs old and dingy. You could walk in your bare feet, felt like glue on the rug. The bidet had a rusted drain. Unacceptable. They should renovate FAST.
The rooftop bar was nice, but the pool was the size of a large jacuzzi. The view was great! The staff were very accommodating and changed my stay to their sister hotel, which was amazing and a true 4-star.

Best was the rooftop pool and terrace with awesome views
Room was outdated and the carpet and bathroom were a little smelly.

Très bel hôtel dans quartier calme.
Personnel serviable.
Très belle chambre avec bons produits de bain proposés.
Piscine assez petite pour un hôtel de cette taille. Vite bondée avec pas assez de transats et des enfants pas disciplinés au milieu d’adultes ici pour se relaxer.

I wish there were more sunbeds, but there were alternatives for relaxation at the bar and restaurant on the roof.

Only its location is good.
- they asked for the city tax. Why it is not mentioned on the website at the time of reservation.
- the even don't give a water per day. This is very common in every hotel.
- there was bad smell everywhere in the hotel.
- the door are very noisy when closing and opening.
- it doesn't worth to its value. 100 € per night is more than sufficient.
- the staff are not in hotel level, not kind at all.
