Since we were going to a concert up the street the location was very good. The lobby and restaurant were very nicely done and the best part was that they had free parking just behind the building since we drove. They also had a lobby bar - it was small and very limited but still open at 10:30 PM when we got home from the concert. The AC worked very well.
The room was pretty beat up and small. I never know if this is because I book through a third party and they give you the worst room because you did not book with them directly meaning they have to pay a fee to booking.com. The locks on the sliding doors to the balcony were broken off on both doors. The paint was chipped on much of the wood trim around doors and baseboards. The bed itself was fine. I found the staff to be very cold and rude at times. They would not even greet us when we walked by but carried on long, protracted conversations with the French guests while we waited our turn. Then they finished with us in 2 seconds. At $200 a night I expected more from this hotel. In addition, there are very few places to eat within walking distance and most close early or open up late.

Salvatore was a great help! Recommended a good fish tapas restaurant. Pool was lovely. Breakfast was plentiful Hotel main areas were updated and looked very good.
The cost of the breakfast was €25 per person. A lot of money Bed was very uncomfortable and should be scrapped. We did tell them. But the bedrooms need updating to match rest of hotel areas

The stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The hotel is nicely renovated, with everything looking clean and modern. The staff is extremely friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast is excellent, with a good variety and quality. The location is decent, especially if you have a car, as it’s easy to reach all the main spots.
They are not pet-friendly.

Amazing hotel. Looks even better than in the photos. Friendly staff, everything is clean. Breakfast is delicious. So many freshly baked pastries and excellent cheese choices. The room is big enough, smells nice. Location is also good. In 2 min walk to a tram station, which goes to the city. They also have their own parking, which is huge .
Just a small thing to be improved. Please, add more hooks in the bathroom. There's 4 towels for 2 people and only one hook. Nowhere to dry towels, we had to improvise

Bad review, absolutely bad review. The old man working at the front desk on the morning of the 27th September had an extremely bad attitude. When he saw a lady pushing two large luggages, he actually asked her to push them to the luggage storage by herself. When I asked him to open the gate , he pretended not to hear.
