We arrived about 9 am and our room was ready. The beds were comfortable and the shower was really nice and clean. The location was alright, about 15 minutes driving to the airport and about a few minutes to the water. the refrigerator and the freezer work perfect. The roof top was great for drinking and enjoying the city view.
There is a school close to the hotel room and too noisy during the weekdays, even though the doors were closed. There were two full beds attached to each other but that crack between the beds is too annoying. The freezer needs to have ice cube containers. We didn't like the curtain hanging by the glass door in the bathroom because of sanitation issue.

We did not take breakfast at the hotel as we had a small kitchenette so we did our own thing. The room was great, no complaints. The location was ideal, close to the beach, and easy access to grocery shops. Onsite laundry was convenient but there are several around the corner as well.
We were there for 6 nights but they limit extra towels unless you pay a fee... A "self-service closet" like the chain Citadines offers would definitely be something for management to think about and would be a huge improvement. We never saw anyone 'overuse or abuse' the privilege in the three locations of the Citadines we stayed in on this trip. We saw it as a nice touch for your guests and I am sure staff would like it as well.

Super clean and LOTS of cabinet/wardrobe space for 2 people. Felt very safe with the access code needed after 10pm and 24 hour front desk. Appreciated the air conditioning and access to laundry as well. It was about a 30 minute walk from the main areas of Old Nice
Not enough toilet paper given and one time when we asked for more, we were told to just take some sheets from the reception toilet. Hot water in the shower was out a couple of times.

Our room was most efficient! Little kitchen with a dishwasher too! It had a balcony with two chairs. There was a rooftop area that was covered and really nice! It had laundry which was great!
I liked the breakfast, but thought it was too much money for what was offered!

The location is excellent! Very close to the beach and transportation.
The refrigerator didn’t fit properly into the cabinet. My daughter couldn’t open it. It was difficult to open and close it. Also, cleaning the room could have been more frequent. AC stopped working during the last night, which made it impossible to sleep during that heatwave.

Location was good. Very close to cafes and restaurants. Short walk to the promenade. Having a fridge and microwave was great and rest of kitchen supplies,
The AC worked but not quite cool enough.
The beds were very uncomfortable! Too hard woke up sore, pillows needed to be replaced as well. That’s only reason not getting excellent reviews.

The apartment was much bigger than I expected. It was stocked with everything I could need during my trip. The solarium on the roof was a great place to unwind at the end of the day. The staff were all friendly and helpful. They were able to accommodate an early check-in and held my luggage when I checked out. The location is an easy ride to downtown/old Nice but also close to the ocean if you want less crowds.
The rooms were a little dusty and dated, but it wasn't a problem

The balcony is a great spot to sit in the evenings with a glass of rose. The kitchen was good too.
Could have use some kitchen towels to dry dishes and some paper towels for clean up.

We had so much space in our one bedroom suite. We wanted a kitchen so we could eat in occasionally, and the ,apartment‘ has everything we could want.
The elevator was really slow and we were on the seventh floor. Also, I understand sorting your garbage, but maybe offer a way to sort in the room so you don’t have to go through it all at the end.
