Staff very cooperative.
Location: Just out of the center town but well connected.to the center: 5 minutes by public transport..Even if our room was not big we could use the common spaces like the bar, the lobby or the huge solrium with sea view.

We will always stay here from now on when in Nice! Amazing place!
Two 1 block from the sea, 10 min by foot to old town. Restaurants, bakeries and food stores like U and Carefour very near.
Garage with access directly to the hotel. Laundry which was perfect as we was planning 3 nights but ended up staying 14!! TV with news like CNN and BBC.
The studio very well equipped. Had everything we needed. Good for making own meals. Beds very comfy. A small balcony. Great shower. And the staff!! Lovely and welcoming, always with a smile and ready to help. Thank you Nabila and the other girls
We would have loved a coffee machine like Nespresso. Could rent one and bye pods in the reception maybe.

The apartment was spacious and clean.
The location was perfect: close to the beach and to the station of the tram that will take you to the airport. The deposit luggage available was also a plus.

Angela was extremely helpful. Location close to the beach, room was fair sized.
Beds in room 408, not as good as the bed in the 1st room we stayed in. Room 408 had no ironing board. Toilet next to the kitchenette. Not a great selection of restaurants close by.

The apartment was spacious and it was nice and clean. The beds were good. The rooftop had a nice area. The hotel is close to Promenade de Anglaise and there is a good bakery close by. Lidl is also close by.
The woman in the lobby was extremely unfriendly.
The matresses on the sunbeds on the rooftop were dirty.

Wonderful
Staff on Reception desk were very pleasant, and also spoke good english which was very helpful. This accommodation is just a very short distance to the famous Promenade des Anglais, and is approximately half way along near it: which is convenient for walking to various places to visit. The kitchenette was really good.
There was nothing to dislike.

All the basic amenities desired in an apartment were there in a compact arrangement. There was a nice balcony to enjoy breakfast, enjoy the scenary around and spend quality time. The kitchenette was really nice and had all the basic amenities needed(except kitchen towel). The air conditioning was really good and it really helped during the sunny days. The bed was comfortable and spacious for us(me, my wife and small kid) to be adjusted. The buffet breakfast felt to me damn costly. However, the take-away breakfast price was still reasonable. Compared to other experiences of complimentary/in-house breakfast in an hotel, the number of options or variety in the buffet menu was limited, however, the quantity was good. The coffee and fruit juices were really nice. However, having the option of breakfast in that hotel was really great as we don't always feel to go out for breakfast. The location was really great - just 5 minutes walk to the beach. And also, it had few take-aways and restaurants around. The metro station was also near - a walk for 5 minutes. You can easily go to the old town or to the airport by using the metro.
There was no hand wash provided in the toilet. There was no kitchen towel in the kitchenette which should be a basic requirement. The television provided was not smart and quite back dated - we did not use it more than a minute. The complimentary tea and coffee provided within the room(while check-in) did not have milk (bit surprising).

Staff were very friendly. Quiet. Excellent location.
Mould all over the bathroom door and ceilings. Hair on the bathroom ceiling. The style is outdated. Beds were hard and pillows were flat. No complimentary milk. The room was shabby overall e.g. flecks of blue paint on the white architraves, fake wood peeling away.

The place is only a few steps from the beach promenade and in the middle of the city, but still quiet, has a terrific roof terrace and an underground parking for 15 a day and a laundry which we did not use. Our room was equipped with a kitchenette and bathroom and a balcony
No coffee machine inside the room or the building, and the offered breakfast was too expensive and as far as I could see, nobody went there for breakfast. A vending machine and a public space for eating would have been better
