This is a nice hybrid where you have the staff and the front desk but also a fridge, microwave, and even a stove top. The price is what drew me to it, and there are even laundry facilities. My biggest surprise was their roof deck, which is very comfortable, has a beautiful view of the city and the water, and a lovely breeze even on the hottest days. I really appreciated the walk-in shower(as opposed to a steep tub), and the shower curtain to make up for the half glass door, which is common in Europe and which I will never understand. There's a wonderful bakery right across the street, and it's not a very long walk to the tram. There's also a bus station right nearby.
While it was great to have laundry facilities, there were only two washers and one dryer, so you had to strategize about what time of day it might be free. Also I was lucky to be only on the second floor because the elevator broke more than once while I was there. I felt bad for the people in the 7th floor. So I would say if you have any mobility issues, definitely don't book past the first or second levels.

The rooms are large and clean. The reception was helpful. Secure underground parking available. Very close to the beach (2 minute walk) and about thirty minute walk to old town. Rooftop patio is beautiful.
They make you take out your own garbage. Hotel is on a busy street so we found the road noise very loud.

We stayed there for 5 nights. There were only two toilet rolls provided in the studio. One paper bag water, two tea bags, two instant coffee packs were provided when we checked in.

It was well equipped with pretty much everything you would need to cook. It was in a good location very close to shopping in the beach and many other things.
The room was outdated and a little musty very old air conditioning system. It still worked, but not very crisp and clean feeling because everything was so old and outdated. The door to the balcony was difficult to close and didn’t seal very well. I also didn’t like the fact that they make you completely clean the kitchen and remove all the trash or they charge you a fee of €50. It seems silly to remove the trash, especially for a one night stay.

The apartment was very nice and clean. The hotel is well located, in a walking distance from the promenade and the city center. We arrived late in the night but somebody waited for us to give us the key.
Everything was as expected, there is nothing to add here, all went well and the price–quality ratio is very good.

We stayed at 7th floor , it was amazing :) Building has an modern elevator that is going to all floors. Apartment was big and had everything that we needed, plenty of space. We had 2 views of town from both sides.Very clean and new. Staff was amazing, always smiling and helpfull. It is near the beach and ride to the airport which we really liked.

We had a wonderful stay at this apart-hotel in Nice. Everything was excellent!
The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen had everything necessary for self-catering. The bed was comfortable, and the apartment was well heated, which we really appreciated.
We especially loved having our own private balcony overlooking a green garden. We could hear birds singing, and it was very peaceful both at night and in the morning. There was absolutely no noise, which made it perfect for relaxing.
There is also a shared terrace on the top floor with a beautiful view over the city.
The staff were friendly and helpful, answering all our questions. The location is very convenient - only a 3-minute walk to Promenade des Anglais and about 5 minutes to Hotel Negresco. The price for the stay was very reasonable for the quality provided. It is also possible to purchase breakfast, although we did not use this option.
The only small downside was the dishwasher, which did not clean the dishes properly, so we had to rewash everything by hand. However, this did not affect our overall positive experience.

Stay far away as possible.
Booking said they provide parking. Once we arrived the woman behind the counter told us they don’t have any parking available and that we should call them to book the parking separately.
Also we had to pay more as the booking price stated.
The room was okay, if you don’t count that the sheets had stains on them.
Also there was 4 of us, they only gave us 2 sets of towels. When we adressed the issue they didn’t believe us and mockingly told us to check every dresser (we did).
If you want to enjoy the balcony, the only nice balcony is shared with others, the one u get has set from junk yard.
We also decided to have breakfast (all you can eat for 17€), it was all one big sadness. Not worth the money.
When we left the hotel they also charged us more for some “extra services”. First they said they charged us for breakfast and city tax (which we paid upon the arrival), then they said it was all breakfast. Overall the numbers just don’t add up.
Never gave us any receipt with broke down prices of services.
Security guy was nice!
Other staff was arrogant. If you don’t want to get scammed stay away.

We arrived about 9 am and our room was ready. The beds were comfortable and the shower was really nice and clean. The location was alright, about 15 minutes driving to the airport and about a few minutes to the water. the refrigerator and the freezer work perfect. The roof top was great for drinking and enjoying the city view.
There is a school close to the hotel room and too noisy during the weekdays, even though the doors were closed. There were two full beds attached to each other but that crack between the beds is too annoying. The freezer needs to have ice cube containers. We didn't like the curtain hanging by the glass door in the bathroom because of sanitation issue.
