Truly exceptional service from the moment of check in to check out. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed during my stay. It is also in a perfect location, on a quiet more residential street yet easily walking distance to all the shopping, restaurants, sites, old town, and beaches.
The rooms are all fully equipped apartments, so shopping at the local markets and preparing your own meals should you choose is always an option. A great choice for longer stays. I will definitely be returning to Maison Lamartine for my next stay in Nice (as will my parents during their trip!)

The staff at Maison Lamartine were amazing! Very customer focused and very responsive. The place is in a central location, easy walking distance to anywhere you want to go in Nice. The breakfast was delicious and more than enough. The room was comfortable and very clean. The still and sparkling water provided and the nespresso in the room were well appreciated as was the salt, pepper and olive oil.
The shower was awkward and they should replace the shower heads.

We felt very welcome at all times due to the warmth and courteousness of the staff, really we didn't find anything lacking.
There is that nice feeling of well kept boutique hotel, there is also an amazing selection of local produce to taste. As one would expect, the bathroom is supplied with amazingly smelling french soap, made in Nice. The quiet mediterranean garden is lovely.
I liked the sustainable and zero-waste approach. Except for accidents, cleaning is not really required daily, I suppose. Anyway towels could be changed however often on request.
Very well managed hotel and congratulations to the whole team, it was a pleasure to have met you!

Beautiful apartment. Quite large and luxurious.
The elevator was out of order so bringing luggage up 3 flights was a challenge however the staff members helped us move all.

As it has been written before, the breakfast was way above we could expect. They gave us almost whatever we wanted with super high quality.
However the main reason I am scoring this hotel to the top is the exceptional level of hospitality and communication. Everybody were so kind, even if we arrived in the late hours and we got all the information well in advance, being asked if we need any further need....really awesome. Thank you for everything.
Well, I guess this is something out of Maison Lamartine controll, but we were highly disappointed with Nice itself. It is dirty, smelly (smell of pee also in the old town), having an uncomfortable atmosphere unless you just wanna have party and does not care about what is happening around.
This lovely Hotel deserves a better city :)
