The breakfast was fine. The staff responded quickly when we needed something.
I did not like: That the sliding glass door did not lock; the refrigerator had a puddle of water when we got to the room, you did not have face towels, the lamp in the corner had a non working bulb, the palm trees blocked the majority of my view and people in the park late at night, therefore, I could not really enjoy the view or balcony later in the evening.

Location was great, had a nice view of French Riviera We were inadvertently able to open other guest rooms in the hotel with our room key and and when we explain this to stuff, they did not seem worried

Lovely hotel with big hang out are downstairs. My little one loved it
Housekeeping system could use some improvement. Anyone with a child knows that it would be ideal that housekeeping should happen during bfast time. Instead we always had housekeeping start around 15 which is also nap time.

We had a lovely stay at the Radisson Blu Nice. The hotel is beautiful, the location is great and we really enjoyed our room and the sea view. A special thank you to leeze who assisted us with our room. She was incredibly kind, helpful and professional, and made sure we had a room that perfectly matched what we were looking for. We truly appreciated her help and excellent service.

Welcome was pleasant, our room was ready at 12 o’clock when we arrived and we had comfortable room.

Location is great however the road can get very busy outside the hotel.
Over priced for the facilities. Gym is terrible. No real gym equipment. Pool is overcrowded, however it was peak summer season. Staff in the restaurant/bar are poor. They forget orders, ignore you and would rather talk to one another.

It was a lovely stay - the hotel is well looked after and the facilities are great, a very relaxing atmosphere and the staff are lovely.
Two things: 1. The room felt a little humid (this could easily be down to the very hot conditions when I was there!) and so the sheets felt ever so slightly damp. 2. I wasn't able to get a reservation at the beach club despite being a guest. Would suggest some spots are reserved for guests.

View. Short walk to beach.
Mold in room. No offer to move my room or provide any discount. Extremely poor service at rooftop lounge. Pool closed extremely early when adults would like to relax without having to go to the beach. Far from old town Nice, shopping, and eateries.

1. The bed - you can feel the ridge where the x2 single beds are put together to make it a king bed. 2. There are no bathrobes, slippers nor face cloths 3 The cleaning is not great. Left rubbish outside and it was there even when I checked out 4. The plug points didn’t work. Only one worked in the entire room so had to take turns to charge devices

The location of the hotel.
The staff was irresponsible and unhelpful. They did not brought the wwelcome wine in the room which I ordered upfront from the hotel preliminary offers, they did not made reservation in the Calade restaurant which I made again via the preliminary offers and was confirmed by mail from them. Concierge did not made a reservation for us in the same restaurant for the last evening of our stay, no matter that we requested it early in the morning the same day. I've ordered to the roomservice a bottle of prossecco, they brought us a bottle of champaign. You can imagine how disappointed were we.

It had a great large balcony over looking the water, the staff was very friendly, especially of you tip them from beginning generously. The room service is poor but we ate out everyday except the ladt evening, it does have paid parking if you choose to rent a car which we did, and most importantly we were family of 4 and they had a large sofa bed and we all slept very comfortably in one room.
It is not just this hotel. it's almost everywhere. However, down in the garage elevator and by the hotel elevators going to the rooms, it smells terrible for that few minutes, smells like sewage.
