Disappointing
Clean and cooled.
The hotel itself is good: clean, comfortable, and generally well maintained. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the service, particularly at the reception.

Opposite the beach, good pool area on the beach, lovely restaurants ( on the beach and on the roof top) comfy rooms with terrace and great view of the sea.
Road out the front can be noisy but just need to close the thick glass doors. Having to pay an extraordinary amount for a lounger on the hotels private beach. Plus pay for the towels. A bit odd . Very cold abrupt manager of these things and the restaurant on the beach.

Amazing location and lovely staff
The app to upgrade was pointless as gave you the option of booking the room and early and late checkout , but when we arrived at the property no upgrades early checkout out was made for us !
The lifts definitely have a mind of there own
The app for ordering breakfast was very no dissapointing

Hotel requests to personalise the choice against an amount that is not declared initially. If the guest refuses paying extra money, he/she receives the worst option available at the check-in moment

The location of the hotel.
The staff was irresponsible and unhelpful. They did not brought the wwelcome wine in the room which I ordered upfront from the hotel preliminary offers, they did not made reservation in the Calade restaurant which I made again via the preliminary offers and was confirmed by mail from them. Concierge did not made a reservation for us in the same restaurant for the last evening of our stay, no matter that we requested it early in the morning the same day. I've ordered to the roomservice a bottle of prossecco, they brought us a bottle of champaign.
You can imagine how disappointed were we.

- The location of the hotel was amazing, right next to the beach and a few minutes walk from tram station, which you could take to go into the center or to the airport.
- The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. - - The rooftop pool and restaurant was great as well. We also appreciated that in the hotel it was not too cold because of the AC (as in a lot of places in summer), just a right temperature.
- We also got a complementary champagne in our room upon arrival.
- The room could have been better maintain, in some places the walls were cracked, and the faucet area of the bathroom was not completely clean, furthermore we were not able to close the bathroom door in our room (we said this in the reception but they did nothing about it).
- The receptionists were not kind, except one guy who was super nice.
- The breakfast was really disappointing, the scrambled eggs were the worst I ate in my life, the veggies and fruit were never fresh and there was not a big variety. The only good part of the breakfast was the coffee and the pastries.
