Personally met by Dany to show us around the apartment. Great communication by Virginie. Appreciated the snacks and coffee, kitchen had everything we could need.
Location to Messena tram was excellent for train and old town.
Bed was comfortable, shower and bathroom small but good, and grocery store close. Highly recommend!

We stayed at R.D.V. Duplex Nice Center during our 5-day trip to Nice, and to be honest, it couldn’t have been a better choice. The location is just perfect — right on one of the most beautiful squares in the city, surrounded by amazing coffee shops and bakeries, with the kind of energy that makes you want to be out all day. The area is always alive, morning or night, but the apartment itself is tucked away on the fifth floor, so you get all the charm of the city with none of the noise. Super quiet, super peaceful.
As for the apartment, it’s perfectly cozy for a couple. The space feels very well thought out, with beautiful furniture and a warm vibe that makes you feel at home right away. It’s fully equipped with everything we needed, washing machine, dishwasher, good internet, and you can tell the place is constantly being taken care of. Everything felt new, clean, and fresh.
The hosts were incredible, welcoming us in person, walking us through everything, and giving us amazing tips on where to go, when to go, and how to get the most out of our time in Nice. That made a huge difference for us.
Honestly, we’re already set on coming back to this same place on our next visit to Nice. It felt like one of those rare finds you just get lucky with.
Only thing I’d mention is that it would’ve been nice to have the option for daily housekeeping — even if it came at an extra charge. Not a big deal at all, but worth considering for longer stays.

hosts were great and happily accommodated our later arrival. great communication via WhatsApp and took time to show us everything in the apartment. apartment is in a gorgeous square with restaurants and cafes but you can't hear any noise in the property.

Conveniently located in the city. Easy access to train station, trams, cafes, shopping and the beach.
Adequate amount of space for 2 people and the amenities were good.
Good communication from the owners at all times.
The toilet and bathroom located down stairs from the bedroom .
Bathroom quite small and narrow stairs going down from loft bedroom to the toilet which is off the lounge/dining room.

Everything was beautifully planned designed and maintained. The apartment was extremely well decorated and well furnished with everything. The attention to detail was amazing We dealt with Daniel who was simply kind and wonderful.
I really think this is the best location in Nice.

The location was excellent, close to the old town centre, the promenade. Many restaurants. Yet totally quiet and private. The apartment was of very high quality.spotlessly clean. Our host provided every comfort. She was welcoming and so hospitable providing generous touches of provisions.
There was nothing I did not like. It was a superb stay.

Location was exceptional, 5min walk to the beach and 10 min to old town, everything on your doorstep!
The apartment itself was fully equipped and comfortable for our stay in Nice! Virginie and Daniel were very responsive and kind hosts - looking forward to coming back here next time!

We were met by the host at the property and everything was explained. There is a lot of detail in the duplex that made the stay very enjoyable. Although its a busy area noise does not reach inside the building.
