Very clean place, very comfortable bed, delicious breakfast, nicec staff, outstanding elevator from 1920's is adding historic value to the place.
Small bathroom, no little shampoo or conditioner.

Breakfast was great, location very convenient, only 3-5 minutes away from direct train line to Nice Airport (from Terminal 2 -to Durandy (to Port Lympia direction))- you are at the heart of the city and you don't need any transport once you get the hotel. And the staff were very helpful, the lady at the breakfast room soo lovely and at the reception. Thank you so much.
The carpet at the room and the curtain were dirty but other parts of the room were clean.

the toilet had an awful smell the rooms were quite small because of its central location, there was a lot of noise during nights (3-5am)

I asked for a low floor room as I am 82 years old, the hotel was very kind and placed me on the first floor. The staff were very nice.

Bathroom was very small and had a foul odour. Could not sit on the toilet without hitting the shower glass. Carpets looked dirty

Nice location, helpful and very friendly staff, they even borrowed an umbrella for our day at the beach. Nice breakfast, thou it would have been nice to have some fresh vegetables in it.

Lovely staff. Upgraded our room as well. Size of the room was great, and for the value I couldnt complain at all. Location was great, a 8 min walk from Old Town, but also there was loads of stuff around the hotel.
Sound outside was slightly annoying, but I was aware of this before booking, and they provided ear plugs in the room which was a nice touch. We spent most of our time out in Nice, so we really just needed somewhere to stay and this ticked all the boxes.
