This hotel is really comfortable and perfect if you arrive late to Nice. It’s conveniently located right next to the metro stop, making it easy to get around the city. The beach and the famous Promenade des Anglais are just a short walk away, which is a huge plus. One of my favorite things was that they offer free coffee all day long, including almond milk, and fresh water with lemon. Even if you don’t have breakfast there, you can enjoy unlimited coffee whenever you want. The room itself is small but very comfortable, quiet, and spotless. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making my stay even more pleasant. Overall, a great choice for anyone visiting Nice who wants a convenient, clean, and welcoming place to stay.

The staff were absolutely brilliant and kind. The breakfast was great. They could do with a variety of eggs - scrambled, fried etc and softer meats.
I didn't like that there was no wardrobe, no safe, no hangers, ironing board and iron, No fridge or kettle for drinks and tea! No English speaking channels on TV! I usually take these for granted, not anymore. You should do better. The external pictures on booking.com is very deceptive.
