Room service hardly could be reached, often line gets disconnected or staff couldn’t understand what we wanted.

Very clean very nice staff, nobody bothers you during your stay and good location next to airport you don’t feel you are no sound at all.
Three adults and two children. The booking did not allow for two rooms, so we had to get three rooms, and that was very expensive, wasn't it? We paid around 4500 euros for three rooms for three nights.

Breakfast area was poor. We couldnt eat outside and had to sit next to the toilets altho there were plenty of tablesfree but roped off.

We use this airport often when travelling to the SOF as the hotel is a perfect location to Nice airport and the staff are always so polite and friendly.

On arrival the receptionist launched straight into a tirade about me brining in a luggage trolley with my luggage on as I had walked from the airport - he dropped my bags on the floor and continued to berate me about the trolley. A very rude welcome and very inappropriate. He realised this and then apologised after but the first impression was made. Unfortunately I would not come back to this hotel because of this arrival. The rest of the staff were lovely and I think this particular individual realised he had made an error in the greeting. Not good enough though.

Clean and has friendly staff. They cleaned our room everyday. You can go to the old city with uber for 12 euro. Do not give too much money to the hotels at the city center. You can use trams at the airport too. Five min. walk to the hotel. I really recommend this hotel.
