The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was amazing and the AC worked great. The breakfast was good.
As you enter the reception hall, one is greeted with a very intense sewer smell. Not pleasant to enter a Radisson and smelling that kind of odor.

Very clean very nice staff, nobody bothers you during your stay and good location next to airport you don’t feel you are no sound at all.
Three adults and two children. The booking did not allow for two rooms, so we had to get three rooms, and that was very expensive, wasn't it? We paid around 4500 euros for three rooms for three nights.

Clean and has friendly staff. They cleaned our room everyday. You can go to the old city with uber for 12 euro. Do not give too much money to the hotels at the city center. You can use trams at the airport too. Five min. walk to the hotel. I really recommend this hotel.

Wonderful staff, clean rooms with very comfortable beds.
It is at the airport, so not as convenient. However, if you are taking day trips the train station and tram are close by.

Everything especially the staff, the beds and the breakfast.
Guys running the restaurant were a bit odd abd the food not terrific but that's minor. I wasn't attracted to the pool as it felt "on the street" and not relaxing. A sofa in the room would have been nice.

Very nice welcome upon arrival. I had stayed here before and it was as I remembered. Room was clean, beautiful shower and comfortable beds. Shuttle driver on time. Great hotel close to airport

The only good thing about this hotel was Yazid, who was fantastic and extremely helpful from start to finish.
A big thankyou to Yazid.
Unfortunately, the hotel itself was very disappointing.
Where to begin, there were issues with electricity in some of the rooms we had booked, when we tried to discuss this with the female reception staff she advised us that this is a common problem with the circuit overloading and we should contact reception and they will be able to resolve the issue, I'm not sure she quite understood that we had contacted reception several times and on principle when you stay in a supposed 5 star hotel you shouldn't have to contact reception everytime the kettle doesn't work or the hair dryer stops working due to electric issues. She found it unusual when I tried to explain this to her.
In addition, we had emailed ahead to notify the hotel that we were visiting for a special birthday and could they arrange a surprise for the birthday guest. Little did we know that this surprise would be 3 wet perfume hand sanitiser towels and 2 sweets. What a disappointment.

Great beds, clean, nice staff
NO SIGNS ON HOW TO ENTER THE CHECK-IN OR UNLOADING FOR DRIVING CUSTOMERS. NEED A ROAD SIGN OR EMAIL INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO DRIVE UP TO THE FRONT DOOR. VERY VERY DIFFICULT EVEN USING WAZES OR GPS.
