Cozy and clean hotel room just a couple of blocks from the train station making it an ideal location for day trips to surrounding towns. Very welcoming and friendly receptionists and staff. The mattresses were comfortable and contributed to a good night’s sleep. Very fast, reliable WiFi and the small fridge as well as the safe were also a plus. Good value for money. We would definitely return!
The room could have been a bit bigger, but everything else was just fine!

Room was as small as possible. Smallest room on our two week trip to Europe. AC wasn’t too cold but worked well enough.

Staff was amazing, always helpful with a cheerful attitude. The hotel also offers free umbrellas for the beach. Location was also good, very close to the main train station and many shops.
Room was okay however very small. The shower cabin was also tiny and the stream of water was a bit weak. Additionally, all stairs are covered in marble (there was no lift), which gets really slippery with flip flops after you come back from the beach.

There was no soundproofing between rooms. I could follow the conversations from neighboring rooms and had to knock on the wall several times during our stay when people were talking loudly at midnight or 6 a.m. The hallway noise was also disruptive due to no door soundproofing and woke us up many times every morning starting at 6 a.m even with earplugs. This was also the experience of a couple traveling with us. Can't comment on the window soundproofing since we were courtyard-side.
The room itself was small, which we expected, but the bathroom felt cramped. The shower was tiny, with the sink countertop taking up most of the space for some reason. There was little water pressure, and water was lukewarm at the end of one day. The overhead shower head leaked water when using the other shower head. There was only one towel hook in the entire room, located behind the bathroom door. How are we supposed to hang and dry a hand towel and two bath towels when traveling with another person?

The hotel is beautiful and very close to the train station and tram station (for going to the town center). The staff was especially helpful and friendly. They provided us with ice and offered to take my daughter to the hospital when her foot became huge and swollen after a wasp sting. The room had a refrigerator!
There was no elevator.

The location, the cleaning, the staff, fair price
Not a defect of the hotel, but try to get a room with a window in the back of the hotel as the traffic on the street is crazy and loud all night long, especially when you sleep with the window opened

It wasn't bad but the receptionist try to make us pay 30 euros for a early check in when the room were already prepare. It is a little bit far from the cost and crossing the train station it is not the most easy thing. Besides that, the place was good and comfortable
