The room layout and modern decor were welcomed
Despite good internal decor, windows were not double glazed and the hotel is on a busy laneway, so sleep was difficult up until about 4am

The hotel is centrally located in Old Nice. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. My junior suite had a microwave, fridge, kitchen, toaster, iron/board, and plates/cups/utensils.
The air conditioner was broken in my room. Instead of blowing out cool air, the vent actually put out warm/hot air when I turned the AC on. I ensured the thermostat was switched to AC mode and not heat mode. Both modes put out hot air. I had to open the window to cool down the room, however, mosquitos got into my room from outside when I did this.

Location within Old Town near Palau’s de Justice was excellent. Short walk to restaurants, stores and tourist destinations.
No vehicle access so you need to walk a block or more with all of your luggage checking in and out.

It's a perfect location, right inside of the old town. Staffs are very friendly and helpful every time we need them. Rooms are clean.
The three bedrooms apartment was on the top floor with the angle ceiling that was on our way when got up from the beds. If you were tall, you would have to bend down; otherwise, you would bump into the ceiling.

Wonderful Stay at Palais Saleya Boutique Hôtel in Old Nice – Perfect Location and Comfortable
We had a wonderful stay at Palais Saleya Boutique Hôtel! The room was very comfortable, spacious, and spotless—an ideal place to unwind after a day of exploring Nice and the surrounding areas. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the tram, which makes it easy to reach the train station for day trips to Monte Carlo, Menton, Cannes and Antibes. The hotel is within walking distance to a wide range of restaurants for the evenings. The washer/dryer was a great bonus for doing laundry during our stay. The minibar, stocked with soft drinks, champagne, and wine, was a lovely touch and much appreciated after a day of sightseeing. The air conditioning worked well overall, though it was a little weak when cooling the mezzanine area. Staff were wonderful and very accommodating throughout our stay. The only minor downside was that the people congregating in the Palais de Justice square at night could get a bit rowdy, but it didn’t significantly impact our experience. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Nice!

If you are in Nice to stay out late and enjoy the nightlife right in the centre of the action, then this is the hotel for you. The location is superb for that. The fact that it is a well-equipped serviced apartment right in the heart of old Nice is also a good thing.
Unfortunately, the noise at night was too much for us, as we were not there for partying late into the night. We wanted to sleep at 11 pm and the partygoers outside partied loudly into the wee hours of the morning, which was super disruptive to having a quality sleep. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The mop that was used to clean the floor must have been coated with dirty water because every single day during our 7 day stay we returned to a cleaned but really smelly room. To be specific, it smelled like a dirty rag.
