Nice accommodations. Everything was within walking distance and the train station for day trips was only 5 minutes away. There are also several supermarkets nearby. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was generally very spacious.
No salt, pepper and oil for cooking had been provided in the kitchen. Towel rack in the bathroom fell to pieces and was unusable.

Within easy access to all the amenities in Nice.

Fairly quiet most of the time
Lack of basic refreshment on arrival, which after a 5hour delay and arriving at 3am was not appreciated. 2 coffee capsules for a 4 day stay, no tea or even water.
Almost afraid to use anything in the kitchen as there seems to be fines for everything, emptying the rubbish, washing dishes etc

Clear communication from the host on how to access the property. Self checkin. Good location, close to both the tram & old town. Supermarket nearby. Kitchen facilities were good if you wanted to use them. Shower was good. The property was good overall!
Few more towels, an air dryer & clothes hanger would be useful. This is outside the control of the host, but it can be a little loud.

Close to the station, good for daytrips. Fully equipped kitchen, useful to have a washing machine, close to supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Really excelent place to stay in Nice.
Pillows are really uncomfortable - that is the only negative thing.

Great central location. Close to train station but walking distance to all the highlights. Very handy having a washing machine and kitchenette. Easy check in process.
The shower is a little bit on the smaller side.

Good location, close to the train/ tram lines. A nice walk down the Main Street to get to Old Town and the water. Supermarkets close by, food spots around as well. Beach umbrella was a great help!
It would be great if you have a clothes rack to dry the clothes as you do provide a washing machine.

This flat was lovely, it was clean and modern. Very comfortable bed and aircon was great on some warmer evenings. Kitchen was well equipped. It was in a fantastic location, easy to get to the heart of Nice and the beach, but also the train station and plenty of shops around. As a female solo travellers I always worry about feeling “safe” and I felt safe and happy from the second I got there. Host was very helpful and provided great information before hand to make my arrival as easy and as smooth as possible.
I’m a typical Brit who loves a cup of tea and I would have loved a bigger mug for tea, with a handle ? the little cups are great for the coffee drinkers. Outside was a bit noisy at times but that can’t be helped with other residents etc.

Very good location, not far from the train station and a quick walk to the Old Town and the key plazas.
Our host was very responsive when there was a problem with the door lock, Alex came right away to fix the lock. ?
I will call this “nice to have”: more hangers and a drying rack for drying laundry

The apartment is very well located for tourists. Close to the promenade, bus stops, trams and grocery stores. The host is very prompt in providing information.
Comfortable beds. I collected the keys through very clear instructions. We would have preferred more towels (2 large towels and one small one for 2 adults). I have attached two photos of the apartment at the time of check-out.
I found a bed quilt in the closet that had stains and smelled bad, I informed the owner about this. We had another quilt to cover us, so it didn't affect us too much. At the end of the trip, although we paid and the host informed us that it was a software error and to keep calm that everything is fine, our stay was canceled for no reason. I hope this problem will be solved soon, I need it for my booking account.

- location is great and it is easy to fund and approach
- apartment have everything what you need for a short stay
- there is enough space and enough furniture for everything (e.g., clothes, suitcase)
- we were in January and it was a little bit colder in the apartment and additional blanket/cover had stains (although, sheets and towels were clean)
- the furniture in the kitchen is a little dilapidated, but it is functional
- owner send us terms after we booked:
10€ per additional half hour after the maximum time indicated.
10€ for dishes not made or bins not taken out.
20€ if a smell of cigarette or smoke is present after the departure.
It's ok that everyone has their own terms, but I haven't seen such terms so far and they should be found in the description of the apartment, not when the booking is already made.
