AC is regulated centrally, it was 32 degrees in Nice and burning, the AC couldn’t be regulated by us. When we went to speak at reception they didn’t help and said we need to keep only 26 degrees.

Wonderful
This clean, comfortable, family friendly hotel is a very short tram ride away from Nice airport (two or three tram stops). I loved that the family suite had two separate single beds for my kids and a double for me so we could all get a good night’s sleep before our flight. It was great to have the option of using the lovely pool, though we did not have time in the end. There is no on-site restaurant and the breakfast buffet seemed a tad expensive, but there is a business area just around the corner and behind the hotel with good places to eat. I can recommend Lettuce & Co for a nice Italian dinner and Emily & the Cool Kids for fabulous coffees and pastries in the morning. The hotel was very clean, the staff were lovely and the beds were comfortable. Recommend!
Once we found good places to eat nearby, there was nothing to complain about it. I wouldn’t base myself here to visit Nice because it is too far from downtown, although you could just take the tram into downtown.

Rooms are renovated. Modern. Very well designed and well furnished. It has everything we wanted. Hotel is not too far from the touristic area, just a short drive to by tram. Next to the airport. Staff is excellent, they are very polite and helpful.

Location, rooms spacious, clean
Reception staff (male receptionist) not helpful, it took us 1 hour to reach our room, very complicated procedure to get the pass for the car. The receptionist did not help us. No direct lift to reach the reception from parking lot.

Room capacity: The room accommodates 3 adults comfortably, which was a primary requirement for our group.
Parking: On-site parking was available, which was essential for us and convenient for our travel plans.
Staff: The staff were friendly and attentive during our stay.
Cleanliness: The hotel was clean and well-maintained.
View: Our room offered a very nice view, which enhanced the overall experience.
Beach distance: The property isn’t very close to the beach, which limited easy access to beachfront activities.
Location trade-off: While the view was a highlight, the hotel’s distance from the beach and local attractions might be a downside for guests prioritizing easy beach access.

+Location. Within a walking distance from the airport (terminal 1, from terminal 2 you will want to use the tram). Decent restaurants nearby (in case of late arrival, you might want to try L'Etna and its takeaway option). A good spot for daytrips via the nearby train station (Nice Saint-Augustin). Such as Monaco, Menton, Cannes and Antibes are approximately half an hour away. Nice is accessible via tram for cheaper, but trains go there as well.
+Peaceful and quiet.
-At arrival, the so called free internet had two offers including a data grab and registration or "slow free wifi for 24 hours". For us, the speed was 0mbps i.e. the wifi did not work. All we got were errors for an unknown reason. It did work later on, however. At arrival, also, there was no shower gel in the shower, which is bumming you out as you arrive from another continent and just want to contact your loved ones, have a decent shower and hit the bed.
