The Room was fine. Clean and comfortable.
Staff not welcoming on arrival. Bar staff did not wish to serve us as we came in late. We asked very politely for any snacks to go with our drinks - we were told NO! not good for 4stars. Finally they turned all the lights off in the bar area even though we were still there drinking!. Also nothing but herbal and fruit teas in the room. Not acceptable at this level.

Parking, I find it unnecessary to pay 16 euro per night even though I know they would charge considering the price of the room (for me overpriced)

Wonderful
Excellent location for transport to and from airport but also easy into the city centre. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious with attentive and friendly staff.
Pillows were lumpy. The lift rattled and seemed old…but then I don’t like all closed lifts/elevators.

Close to airport. Free shuttle to airport. 5 min walk to the Nice Saint-Augustin train station from where you can reach Cannes or Monaco in less than 30 min.
Good breakfast. Decent gym. Excellent views from the room with odd numbers. It's a sea view and you can see planes taking off from the airport near by.

It was a great location and easy to walk(!) to and from the airport, but they also have a free shuttle. Nice restaurant, both for dinner and breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff.
