Proximity to airport and quiet
Staff were not friendly about picking me up at the airport after taking my car back to car rental after check in even though hotel advertises 24/7 airport pick up - which was a main reason for selecting this hotel

Only negative was not the property
But after enquiring on arrival about booking the shuttle for the next morning being told that I just needed to come down 10 minutes before the 1/2 hr no need to book
next morning
On arriving 15 minutes before being told
I should walk to terminal 1 as it’s across the road and there were people needing to go to terminal 2/3 that had priority
I then told her I couldn’t walk across a busy 4 lane road with 2 heavy cases and a walking stick and was happy to wait as luckily I had time
She said well you will have to wait 35 minutes
Would have been nice to have been talked to nicely about the having been a wait
better still a booking system for peace of mind getting to flights on time at busy times
If I new about waiting I would have come down 1/2 hour earlier

For what I needed it had everything. I was sleeping there with my family of 4 + 2 dogs for one night as my wife had to catch a plane in the morning.
I am an EV owner and the existing solution way below sub par. No real access to 11KW chargers or also no working super charger in the area.
