We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Kitchen is fully stocked, washing machine, cooker, coffee machine, the works. They even had two parasols for the beach which came in extremely handy. The location is also perfect. Walking distance to every and not far from the local tram services. The beach is a stones throw away. Perfect.

Perfect location in the Nice old city - close to everything: tourist attractions, markets and food shops, wine shops, etc..
The accommodation has everything you need for a pleasant stay: fridge, stove & oven, microwave, dishes and cutlery, TV & internet, flatiron & ironing board, washing machine .
David & Emma are quite nice people and the communication went very smooth.
David will give you useful hints about all you need to know - including recommendations for good restaurants in the nearby.
Not a real complaint - as an improvement I would suggest to invest , in time , in a new washing machine - replacing the current one that is a bit old and cranky

The apartment was very clean and comfortable with a great location in the centre of the Old Town close to the beach, lovely restaurants, bars and shops. David and Emma were very hospitable and helpful providing information both on the apartment and restaurants etc. They take a pride in what they do. A lovely stay in beautiful Nice.

Location was the most important factor, as it’s only few hundred meters from promenade. Close to great restaurants.
Payment had to be made in cash or regular bank transfer, plus they take deposit payment. Noise is basically unbearable, especially weekends, feels like you are sleeping on the street. Doors in the apartment have no noise isolation whatsoever. And washing machine was broken during our stay. Bed is not comfortable and doesn’t suit people over 185cm. Overall apartment is really basic.

Host was really welcoming, introduced everything about the hotel, even recommended good restaurants. Hot water & air conditioning always available. The location was superb; just a minute walk to the beach & market, in the center of the old town(not much noise if you close the window). I loved the kitchen too; they had an oven, coffee machine, microwave & everything you need to prepare a decent meal. the washing machine worked well. Definitely recommend & coming back if i visit Nice again. Thank you so much.
Bed might be slightly cramped for two men, but wasn't really a big issue.

A perfect location next to the beach and the old town, nearby shops, restaurants, and walking distance to everything we wanted. The markets around the corner were lovely. David was super helpful on arrival and talked us through everything, they even left restaurant recommendations which was very thoughtful. The fridge was stocked with water, drinks and even Prosecco! There were sweets left out and plenty of coffee pods for the machine. The apartment was immaculate and so comfortable, we had a perfect stay!

A clean, comfortable and well equipped studio in a characterful building, in an ideal location in the old town. Everything was so convenient - restaurants and bars, the sea, the viewpoints, shops - all walkable, and also with easy access to tram stops. David and Emma met us at the property on arrival, and explained how everything worked, and where everything was. We appreciated this very much and allowed us to relax immediately into our holiday. They were also kind enough to provide us with a welcome gift of a bottle of wine - lovely! The apartment was perfect for us and we loved it!

I absolutely enjoyed my stay, the studio was even better than I expected and very well equipped. The location was perfect, in the heart of the old town near the Flowers Market. Despite such central location, it was very quiet at night and I could sleep well.
Communication with the hosts was great, they were really kind and helpful, and even gave me a bottle of prosecco as a welcome gift.
I highly recommend and I will definitely stay here again when I come to Nice.

The experience was really great and the two of them took care of the guests They prepared with a lot of things: wine as a gift, maps, recommended restaurants, super fast wifi, bathrobes, and a full set of utensils. It's very sweet, because my friend and I are both women, and the they are also very sweet to explain to us where is safe at night in Nice

David and Emma were just lovely. So friendly, Even gave us a bottle of champagne to welcome us. Apartment was beautiful, clean, had everything we wanted including washing machine. Very close to everything in the Old Town. Five minutes walk to the beach so we began each day with a swim. Market two minutes walk. Perfect location. Nice touch was a jar of lollies on the table. Thanks David and Emma for your hospitality and for arranging and taking us and our luggage to the taxi to the airport when we left. Took the hassle out of everything for us. Twenty out of ten for the whole stay! Highly recommend this as a place to stay.

David and Emma are wonderful and the place feels like home.
I love how it's close to the hustle and bustle and close to the beach.
I loved everything. My only suggestion for Emma and David send all the things that needs to be done such as empty water from hot water system and air con in am email.
It's a lot to remember when you're Jet Lag.
Also I feel the whole amount should be paid upfront so there is no confusion as they don't have credit card facilities, including bond amount for breakage. Most people get your credit card details just in case but there is no option to do that.
