We loved our stay at the Nice Riveria Home. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable. The host was very kind and even let us store our bags after check out. The kitchen has a lot of amenities and the bathrooms were very clean. It was only a 7 minute walk from where we got off on our train and a 10-15 minute walk to crystal blue beaches. We would definitely stay here again.

The maison has a great location, within 10 minutes walk of the beach and train station, 7 minutes from the tram stop and surrounded by supermarkets. The room is very large, South East Asian in style, with a very spacious dining room and kitchen. The host is very welcoming and friendly，and gave us a detailed tour of the room, as well as an introduction to the Nice Carnival and the surrounding towns. We stayed here for 4 days and everything about the house was very comfortable. Highly recommended!
The bathroom wasn't very big and it was a little cold in the shower.

The host is lovely, kind and thoughtful. The room was enormous and beautiful, and comfortable. The shared bathroom is large and clean. There is tea and coffee available for guests in the kitchen. The location is perfect, between the train station and the sea. The apartment is surprisingly quiet for a busy street.
While the kitchen had lots of plates, cups, and glasses, I could not find a knife and fork to eat my food! Maybe I was looking in the wrong place.

My daughter and I had a delightful stay in December 2024. The room was exceptional, spacious, beautifully appointed with an interesting Balinese style. The shared bathroom was clean and spacious. The best thing about the accom was Mde Genevieve, she was the most gracious host, she made us feel so welcome and had plenty of advice on places to visit in Nice. She is passionate about hosting people from all over the world! Thank you so much Mde Genevieve, we loved our stay with you!! ?

Exceptional location, walking distance to prom to old town to tram and train. Room was huge and decorated with such a taste. Beautiful atmosphere of old town house renovated and well maintained and very clean. Shared bathroom wasn't an issue (I though it might be ) as it is well maintained and very clean. You can use small kitchen and huge dining room which is advantage. Genevive, the host, is very lovely and helpful person, great contact by whats app . Highly recommended this place definitely come back if nearby again.

an exceptional location: 10mn from the beach, the restaurants, the best shopping in Nice. yet surprisingly quiet in the evening. Genevieve is a very nice host who makes you feel welcome.

It’s a beautiful property maintained perfectly by Genevieve.
Every little corner of the room is so nicely decorated.
Beautiful view from a nice balcony.
The kitchen has all equipments and the bathroom is nicely maintained.
Just keep in mind while booking that it’s a shared room and bathroom- don’t know if it is clearly mentioned on booking.com or not.
We were lucky enough that there was no other booking with us for the same room.
