Location was good!
First of all the room we had booked (classic double room) was not the one we got instead we were givin a room that didnt even exist in any of the photos online. The rooms were old. The corridors were poorly lit, creating unsettling atmosphere. Minibar on the first day we had 2 bottles of water, but after that it was never restocked. No slippers in the room.
Honestly this place doesent justify the price, and is not what it promises in the pictures.
We had building site room with very dirty view!

The location of the hotel is fantastic-walking distance to the centre-ville, the beach, vieux Nice and the station . Furthermore, there is also a good laverie close to the hotel. The hotel and the area around felt safe. Our room with the balcony was very comfortable. Loved the 1 hour of 'free use of the pool'! All the staff at the reception was always very helpful and polite. I would especially like to commend the services extended by Lyne, Sirawa and Hanae- all 3 of them were very professional, fluent in English and French , gave accurate information and empathetic. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

The hotel is nice clean and next all commodities.
The parking too small and no reserved place and it cost 29€ per night, the room view was horrible.

Climatisation was very loudy, and bathroom paint needs to be freshed, moistures on the walls. Some times we waits 15 min only for the lift.

Its location in the downtown of Nice, near old town, place Massena, and the famous walking zone of Nice and the promenade des anglais.. Also you can refresh yourself in the swimming pool if you do not have time to go the beach , 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel

The staff was nice, rooms were clean! Room 525 was good - no view
Some rooms smelled bad .. had to change a few rooms until I found one that didn’t smell. It’s also small rooms, barely any room for luggage. The room also had no view.
