This hotel is in excellent location. Only a few steps to the city centre which is full of activities including
good restaurants. Further few steps to the water front. Room was nice too except the glass shower door was
not wide enough to prevent water draining/flowing outside. Staffs were very friendly and helpful.
We included breakfast for convenience which we enjoyed but cereal selection was limited and should be improved.

We checked in as 4 pax and they didn't mention the city tax on our check out they charged us the city tax which isn't professional they should have stated the tax from the begining

The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring Nice. We enjoyed our four-night stay and found the hotel comfortable and pleasant. The room was clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was also easy to reach restaurants, shops, public transport and the main attractions from the hotel.
Nothing significant affected our stay. Overall, we were satisfied with the hotel and had a comfortable experience.

Location is perfect.
* The AC is a bit loud.
* The TV/cable connection didn’t work during our stay.
* Parking access is not automatic. We often had to wait too long for someone at reception to open the garage door.
* A few times, I had to leave the car in front of the parking entrance, blocking the street, and walk to reception to ask someone to open the door.

• Cheap/fake master Bed (2 single beds combined with 1 bed sheet) - very lame of the management in charge.
• Limiting us to 2 towels only. Like how does that make you a 4 star hotel when you’re cheap in quality of treatment.
• When we asked for more towels, the receptionist thought we’re going to steal them saying “you cannot take them with you” ….well do you really think I need to steal a 5€ towels? What a cheap disgusting mentality.
• There was only 2 pumps of shampoo in our first day so we called them asking for shampoo after getting wet already. We started praying for shampoo under the doosh.
• We had to bed for a simple tooth brush in the second day because there were no brushes in the bathroom.
• The room does not represent a 4 star hotel qualities.

Quite big rooms, in a super-central location. The staff was extremely friendly and clear. Parking is a big plus. Bonus points for the small, lovely balconies and the availability of a swimming pool

Amazing location and super friendly staff. Rooms were perfect, little things like our room key kept disconnecting and our safe malfunctioning but beyond that it was a great hotel for the price.

The hotel has a very central location
There was a strong sewage smell in the room, which was very unpleasant. We reported it to the hotel, but the problem was not properly resolved.
The breakfast was acceptable, but nothing more than average. The elevators were extremely slow, which became frustrating during the stay.
