Everything !! Totally rubbish hotel. People please don't waste your money here. The staff was totally useless..apart from one reception staff called Davide who tried helping us to his capacity. The room given to us was not even 1 star. The breakfast was a disgrace...my daughter is celiac and despite requesting them a month ago they had nothing gluten free for her. The staff was totally useless..including the cleaning lady who didn't give a damn when I asked her to give us an extra towel and slipper for daughter. Room was never cleaned in 5 day stay we had. Toilet rolls were rationed. The curtains never closed properly amd the air con never worked !!!!!!
What more !! I will be here the whole week telling all about this hotel. It should close down !

Location was good, 10mins walk from Promenade and close to everything. Room size was good, hotel was clean staff helpfull
Breakfast like for 4 star hotel was disapointing, orange juice and coffee from machine was poor quality. Hair dryer in the room could be exchanged for new one

Location
Breakfast was not good only had it once, went out had far superior food. Bar not open the hours it was supposed to be. Unable to serve a gin a tonic. Balcony not swept or cleaned bed not made properly Toilet very low and we are relatively fit anyone with knee or hip problems would struggle to use it. Shower head was broken but was fixed. Had to put kettle on floor to be able to plug it in. Only two coffee pods provided if more were needed you had to pay for them.

We loved the welcome and assistance given by one of the younger members of staff Isa. She was so kind and helpful during our stay. The location is perfect for walking to the beach or the railway station. The parking was convenient if a little expensive.
Unfortunately another youngish female staff member was rather dismissive and impolite. We know everyone has their bad days but she needs to adjust her attitude which I perceived to be a little ageist. She can observe and learn from Isa.

Location - excellent. 200m from Jean Medicine tram station. Direct line to the airport - Line 2, the Blue line(about 40 mins) 400m from Place Massna and the entry of the Old Town, with the Promenade just beyond. Perfect for for exploring Nice and close to the station for exploring further afield. The airport is the new hub for bus services, or train to Cannes and bus from there. Room was simple and comfortable. Comfortable twin beds, a big bathroom with a bath and over-bath shower. Plenty of hot water and lovely fluffy towels. Fridge with water on day one. Buy additional water at the corner shop across the street. They are a bit stingy with coffee/tea so bring some with you. The hotel is has a small pool with sauna (get towels from reception) and a bar. But why drink in the hotel when there are so many great places to drink in town? They do provide breakfast, 18 each I think, the usual cerial, pastries etc but we didn't try it. So many lovely little cafes in town. We would definitely use this hotel again.
Mmmmh! took 2 days to get the safe fixed!
