David and Emma are great hosts. Smart, funny, helpful, kind, just lovely people. Close to everything and easy to get all public transport.
That we had to leave and couldn't spend more time talking with them.

The flat is well located in easy reach of shops, restaurants, the Promenade des Anglais, the tram and there is a bakery 50 yards from the front door for breakfast croissants and bread. It was also quiet and warm.
The lighting in the sitting-room and kitchen could be improved. A rug or two and some more colour (e.g. fabrics, pictures) would be good.

Great hosts, great location, nice apartment. In old town so it has a great location. We have stayed there two times now and will probably come back again. Market is close and beach is a short walk. Tram line 1 is 5 minutes away.

Location was perfect situated in the heart of the old town with easy access to shops, bars and restaurants.
The apartment was as described, clean, a good size with all the facilities you need. Communication was excellent,
David and Emma greeted us on arrival and David could not have been more helpful. We would not hesitate in staying here again in future.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Its location in Nice old town is perfect for sightseeing and yet it was on a quiet street so you are guaranteed a good night’s sleep. David and Emma are attentive hosts and were readily available for contact if required. Arrival and departure were straightforward and efficient.

David and Emma couldn't be nicer people to deal with! Communications were excellent and I know if we had developed a problem they would have been there to help. The location is superb, right on the edge of Old Town and super close to all the great eateries, shops and transportation. The property has everything you need for an extended stay including a great little supermarket very close-by!
There were a couple times where other residents made a bit of noise which could be heard but it is an apartment in a traditional style building of the area so it's just part of the deal.

Great hosts, great location, great apartment. Would recommend to all. Everything worked great. Two AC units, nice kitchen, washer/dryer, 3 minute walk to grocery store. Nice, safe area. Note that hosts want to be paid outside of the Booking.com system which added some complications. They preferred Zelle.

An apartment was very clean. Location excellent on the silence street. A good air conditioner in the both rooms not just in the living room as usually. A kitchen well equipped. Communication easy and friendly with Emma and David.
Sunshades nice suprise and really needed on the beach.

The apartment was ideally located in the old town and up a side street. You had everything you needed within walking distance which was ideal for a short break. The apartment owners are a lovely couple called David and Emma, they honestly could not have been more accommodating and spoke excellent English. The kitchen had everything you could ask for including a washing machine if needed. Ample room in the living room to sit down for a meal or watch television. Best of all it had air conditioning which was bliss.
Nothing to do with the apartment, more to do with ignorant people coming and going in the stairwell and not keeping the noise down late at night. You can’t help stupid people though.

Charming apt with balcony, well equipped kitchen. Great location in the old town with Boulangerie and Carrefour marché just steps away. Wonderful host recommended restaurants within a short walk. We would absolutely stay again!

Very clean well equipped appt in a great location in the old town. Based just of the main area so convenient but also quiet. Everything we needed like supermarket, bars and restaurants were all in walking distance and a 10 minute walk and you was at the flower market and the promenade.
