Location, Comfort, Facilities, Food, Cleanliness. Even though it's a 4 star hotel, I would give it 5 stars for the services provided.

The room was spacious with pull out sofa beds for a small family. The breakfast and Roof Top lounge and pool were good. The location is good although the hotel is in a congested area.
Parking was on a pay public facility. Multi-day parking requires a visit to the office on the ground floor, not so apparent where it is.

Very clean, lovely facilities and a great location (right near Palais Des Expositions tram station). Pool was lovely, rooftop had amazing views and the staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly during my stay.

Location is an easy uber to city center. Restaurant and pool on roof is nice.
We were given 2 twin beds when I had requested a queen several times. I had to call down twice in the same night to request new towels and didnt get them so i had to go to reception myself. The rooftop pool is decent but has limited seating.

Stayed in your best suited in the hotel and it was not well furnished, it felt like it was furnished to a much lower grade.

The tram station is near the hotel
I didn't like the comfort at all. I received a room at the end of the hallway, near the staff stairs and from this room I clearly heard every slap of the door to this staircase and every other noise from the hallway. The room wasn't soundproof at all. The floor in the room was very worn, with stains, and the curtains looked very cheap. Not a 4 stars hotel at all.

The breakfast was fantastic. Best croissants we've ever had, including in Paris! The staff was friendly, helpful, and courteous. They made every effort to ensure we had a pleasant stay.

the staff depends on who you run into, on Sunday I had to communicate with the manager Mikhail, it was very unpleasant, as I was a foreigner I urgently needed a pharmacy (on duty) because they are closed on Sunday, I approached this manager and asked him to help me and tell me the address, the first time I have never received such disdain from hotel managers, on the fifth try he finally wrote me the address, it is very ugly considering that I already felt bad. in general, the impressions of the hotel are not very good, I will not come to them again.

Staff were very helpful with our requests. (Thank you Diego and Maëva).
The pool area and rooftop restaurant were very nice and a relaxing way to spend the day.
Convenient parking garage next to hotel and a 2-minute walk to tram line into town.
A series of little details could be improved upon. (i.e., scrambled eggs were tepid/cold 2 out of 3 mornings, no ironing board/iron in room - needed to order, no toilet brush in bathroom). Nothing major, but for the price/level of hotel, these details should be taken care of.

The room was spacious and it was near the tram and train. Made it is easy for transportation.
If you are looking to walk to main attractions from hotel it can be a 30 minute walk but again using the tram made it easy.
So no complaints.

There did not seem to be a bar other than rooftop which closed at 10.
