Location was fab - Tram was just over the road from the hotel - 2 stops and you were a short walk away from Old Town Nice/sea. Fabulous breakfast.

The room was clean and breakfast was great. Good transport links in the area.
Online check in was offered before our stay which enabled us to enter our check in details and select a room before we arrived. We did this then still had to check in on arrival and was given a different room to the one we had already selected. The room was unbearably hot (25c) which made it very uncomfortable to sleep, bearing in mind that it was 15c outside. The hotel is situated on a very busy, noisy main road, when opening the window the noise was horrendous day and night. Furthermore, the rooftop bar and restaurant was closed which was disappointing as I feel this would have been a credit to our stay. Overall I feel the hotel did not meet the expectations as it was advertised.

Nice room, helpful staff.
We chose the hotel for the rooftop bar so we were disappointed that it was closed. I'm not sure if the price was reduced to compensate but if not then I would expect to pay less than full price.

Rooftop bar, restaurant and swimming pool were not open. Front of house staff very unfriendly and gave one the impression that everything was too much trouble.

False advertising! The swimming pool is not opened, lots of garage on tge rooftop and no comfortable facilities to relax. The parking needs to be arranged separately because its a public parking which does not belong to the hotel. Overall poor experience.
