Very Poor
I did not enjoy my stay at this property. It was definitely not good value for money.
The room was not very clean, and there was a strange smell everywhere — in the room, the bathroom, and even the hallway.
There is a narrow staircase that makes it very difficult to carry luggage, and there is no elevator.
The room itself was extremely small, as was the shower, and the bed was very high — altogether creating a very claustrophobic feeling. I am barely 5 feet tall, and even I struggled to move around comfortably.
Although the location is close to the airport, the minimum you would expect is flexible reception hours for guests arriving on late flights. Immediately after booking, I was informed that I would need to pay an additional €20 for a late check-in. I asked to cancel, and they initially agreed. However, the next day they told me they would no longer allow the cancellation because someone else had wanted the room and they had already turned them away because of me. When I said this was not acceptable, they claimed they would have to keep a staff member working extra hours at reception without pay because of me (which was very uncomfortable to hear).
In the end, after expressing how uneasy this made me feel, they agreed that I could simply check in the next morning. Overall, the whole experience was awkward, unpleasant, and unprofessional.
The location is supposedly close to the airport, but it still requires a 15-minute walk to the metro and a ride of three stops. It would be better to choose a hotel closer to the airport at a similar price, offering much better service and comfort.

The owner was very available for explanations and the room was mostly clean and well cured.
The hotel is not central, but the tram stop nearby makes it easy to reach the city centre within 20 minutes. The neighborhood is full of international shops, but there's limited options for dinner and I was not impressed by the quality.
The room and bathroom were extremely small. The bed is a french one, so I found it tight for two people, but I think it's the norm here.
In the bathroom, there was a constant unpleasant smell of sewage and the water pressure in the shower was really low with warm water.
We asked to refill the shower hell after the first night, they said they would do it, but nothing happened until we checked out two days after.

Friendly and approachable staff who were very knowledgeable about the local area. Very convenient for access to the city and the airport.
I came away with what I thought were mosquito bites, however they were intensely itchier than normal. After consultation with a Doctor it turned out they were bed bug bites!!

Garden space and great breakfast. Staff were amazing, some only spoke French but were still able to provide excellent service when I spoke English.
The bed was very hard, especially after a few days. The bathroom was much smaller than expected so it felt quite cramped.

The hotel is on a side street, which is super because is silence.
It is in middle of distance from the airport to the center.
The stuff is absolutely amazing!
The walls were a bit too thin, but fortunately by 10:30 pm all the people were very silence and we have slept very comfortably.

Our hosts were exceptionally kind and helpful, they made our stay super nice. The villa is a bit further from the center, close to the sea, but evenings can be well spent staying in the garden as well, as they serve dinner and drinks.

Lovely room, bright and comfortable. Good breakfast. The kindest and most helpful staff. Good position in a quiet area, close to the beach, to the tram stop from the airport and to the city centre, lots of supermarkets and shops nearby.
