The hotel is clean, the staff are very helpful and attentive. It offers everything you might need for a comfortable stay, including beach towels, a good breakfast, and beautiful views. The location is also a strong advantage, making it a convenient and pleasant place to stay.
The hotel is quite old, and this is noticeable in both the look and feel of the property, reflecting many years of use. That said, the team is clearly doing their best to make it up, and their effort is visible throughout the stay. Still, some updates—such as replacing carpets and undertaking light renovations—would go a long way in bringing the hotel up to a more modern standard and making the experience feel truly polished.

Near to the promonad, clean bed , free coffee
The elevator was not working from up to get down and we were in the fourth floor imagine if you are old or handicapped or you want to bring your baggage down stairs the shower was the worst the room was so warm and the ac was not working very well during night the door of the wc could not be closed properly and the elevator was so tight you could not use it for big baggage’s and it was not working towards downstairs so …

2 minutes from the beach. 15-20 minute walk to the city centre where all restaurants and nightlife is. Easy walk. Room was comfortable and quiet (302). Towels, umbrellas, and beach umbrellas for daily loan was nice. free coffee in the morning was nice. We didn't have the included breakfast.
These things were expected and OK for us but some travelers and the hotel may find this useful. As in most European destinations we've traveled to, the room is very small. No bureau, just a small closet with a few hangars. We lived out of our suitcases. No bathroom counter space to speak of. A little room on the sink and on the toilet tank. The bathroom is quite big so adding some small shelves would help. There is no bar. Was not expecting one but would be nice.
The beach is small flat, smooth rocks. Not the most comfortable to walk on but the beach itself is awesome.

Good value for money in Nice, the bathroom was new and the shower was great, big comfortable bed. Friendly staff.
The carpet in the room was a little old and could do with a bit more of a deep clean but other than that we were really happy with our choice.
