Staff welcome, writing "Bienvenue" on the mirror in our room, great breakfast, availability of coffee free of charge.
The shower was very small. Otherwise all good.

Very convenient location for airport tram.
Short walk to promenade.
Nice breakfast
Very kindcand helpful staff
Bit of a noisy area but it is a big city!
Little bit dated, but fine for short stay.

Wonderful
The decor, the lovely position and location, the spacious bedrooms and balconies, the great staff and delicious breakfast were all wonderful. A lovely laid back atmosphere with great attention to detail!
Everything was good - great value!

Pleasant
Great location and very friendly staff. We also really enjoyed breakfasts!
Unfortunately the hotel is old and needs renovation. Windows are not soundproof at all, and even on the 4th floor you can hear every car that goes around. The same with the walls, I feel like you can hear your neighbors whispering. Although rooms were kept fairly clean, the toilet, wardrobe, carpet and everything around is old and doesn’t feel fresh.

Fair
The location was good. It was a block from the beach and located between the airport and old town.
It was dirty. The decor was outdated and reminded me of cheap hotels. The staff did not check for ID when we asked for a replacement key and the person at the front desk had not seen me before. The numerous receptionists could not provide much information.

Didn’t want a big breakfast so so had a coffee locally.
The location was great. Very near the sea and a lovely walk to everything.
Not much storage space in the bedroom.

Very Good
The hotel is in a lovely location near the sea; shops and restaurants are not far away.
It’s clean, with daily cleaning, and coffee, juice and water are available free of charge in the lobby.
But the room was very small; it looked bigger in the photo. There was no wardrobe, so we didn’t have enough space to hang up our clothes
