Very Good
Perfect location, spacious rooms and delicious breakfast with a lot of different food. Helpful and nice reception, we could leave the baggages before the check-in. Close to restaurants, bars. 5 min walk to promenade and seaside and to public transport. 20 min from the airport by direct train and excellent communication with the city (15 min to the old town).

Because renovation works was in the hotel, there was some dust. But not in the room.

We recommend it - the staff's attitude, location, and comfort will not disappoint!
Very good location, close to the beach, historic center and public transport.
Rich breakfast with a rich selection of local products.
Sound permeability should be improved.

The hotel was under renovation, and we hadn't been informed. The rooms smell strange with old furniture.

Good location, great staff, very helpful, good and varied breakfast, we appreciated a lot the machine for making orange juice. Good complimentary coffee and tea which is a beautiful gesture from the hotel. Overall a very nice stay, I would recommend the place. Our room had direct access to the big terrace which was great since we could enjoy our coffee there in the morning or a drink. I absolutely loved the terrace.
The carpet in the room is a bit outdated but not a huge problem and rooms are small but this is smth normal in Nice given the general building rules. No fridge in our room but the lad at the reception was kind enough to help us to put the beer in the fridge in the kitchen.

Bedroom floor dirty, found fingernails on the floor. Water was closed for part of the day, lift was not working and had to carry 2 suitcases down 3 floors of stairs

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I particularly appreciated the artist who makes the drawing in chalk to make a weather forecast and the add some personal touches (the message on the mirror for the guests).
It was a bit noisy but I guess it's to be expected near a busy street.
