Shower you not turn around in it to small.Breakfast less than average boiled ham instead of bacon .Very disappointed my granddaughter toys were stolen out of our room that I had bought as gifts.I complained and asked them to watch on video what happened and shoulders were shrugged that no knows anything Definitely left a sour taste with me as to spend time on my last few days to go and buy again.The receptionist saw us check in with the toys and I offered for her to check our room.I felt as though I was falsely doubted ..Will never go back to this hotel due to theft

Location is great, close to airport, very close to beach. Staff is amazing, very helpful. We came early in morning and could store our luggage there before and after stay. Free coffee all days is also a big plus. Breakfast was delicious. Also there were many sunscreens provided.
Shower was small, but it wasnt a big problem. Also entry in the room wasnt comfortable as door stumbled to bed. I recommend to upgrade to Deluxe room it seemed bigger.

Great location, comfortable room, quiet area, close to restaurants, close to beach & tram and exceptionally helpful staff. We particularly enjoyed the terrace. Galena and Alexandra at reception were fantastic - they provided excellent advice about how to visit Nice attractions and were totally helpful when we had some issues with our train booking into Italy. We cant rate Hotel Locarno staff highly enough. Merci!

The room is extremely small and there is no wifi (room 500). The staff has known about this, but have not resolved this.

Nice friendly hotel, great welcoming staff. Free coffee and water in the restaurant throughout the day.
Room was clean, which is very important for me.
Great air conditioner. Location is good as its 2 mins away from the promenade, but please note its still a 20-30mins walk to the Old town. (or take a tram)
Shower. Very weak, barely any pressure, difficult to shower or wash your hair. I would not book just for the shower, everything else was good.

Wonderful
Excellent staff and everyone we encountered was very friendly. We stayed during a major sporting event and it was very good value for money and still close to the beach and walking distance to the city centre. The breakfast was very good with freshly squeezed orange juice.
It is a little dated but they have done well to keep the decoration in most places up to date
