Good
The staff was extremely nice and welcoming overall. However, there was one disappointing experience regarding a delivery. We had coordinated with a staff member in advance and received approval for the delivery to be brought to the hotel. When the delivery arrived, the staff’s reaction was not very pleasant, which was unexpected given that we had already discussed and received approval for it. Aside from this incident, we had a positive experience with the staff.

Very Good
Great location, nice hotel, great staff, but a bit too expensive for what it offers.
The shower was leaking and flooded the entire bath every time we showered

Disappointing
My bethroom had a leak, every day we had to dry after showering with our towel. Very annoying!
Comment about it and the staff only gave us a towel to continue doing for the rest of the stay…

Very Good
The room was very comfortable and large enough for the two of us. There was plenty of places to put things including places in the bathroom.
The breakfast could have had some variety to it. After 6 days it wasn’t something to look forward to..

Disappointing
Staff very helpful
John at desk excellent
Elevator was out of service but we had to walk up 4 flights to room
I think they should offer a better selection for breakfast

Decent rooms
Breakfast area was in the basement and the breakfast was not good. Just some light bread with jam and yogourt. The coffee was made with a Nespresso type machine..

Pleasant
Staff are nice and smily and location is good
Definitely not worth the price. Our room was between two floors, so the elevator couldn’t reach it and we had to take a flight of stairs with our luggage, with no one available to help. The room was very small with no proper wardrobe, and the cleaning was limited to changing towels and making the bed. The elevator also smelled weirdly of dirty shoes.

The room was spacious
The staff was non accommodating. It seemed as though we were inconveniencing them any time we asked for assistance. Just did not feel welcomed.

I loved the experience in Crisol Mozart. The hotel is located at the heart of Nice, 7 min walk to train station, 6 min walk to take thr tram to the airport and 11 mins walk to the beach. On top the front desk staff are soo kind, we didnt have an umbrella for the beach and they provided us with one. If I come back to Nice again, i will definitely stay there again

Wonderful
Close proximity to train station and the main avenue near the beach/water. Small, boutique style. Friendly and helpful staff.
Very simple, understated, light breakfast.

Very Good
The location of Crisol Mozart is excellent—just a 10-minute walk from train and tram stations with direct connections to the airport. It’s also only 10 minutes on foot to the beach and a vibrant neighborhood full of great restaurants. The Old Town is around a 20-minute walk away, still comfortably within reach.
The breakfast selection was quite limited, consisting mainly of a typical French-style offering (croissants, pain au chocolat, bread, and jams) and it remained the same each day. If you’re staying for a longer period, you might want to consider going out for breakfast on some days for a bit more variety.
