Spacious suite perfectly located in Nice Old Town. 3min walk to the beach and all the restaurants and shop you would want. Staff is friendly and helpful. They were so kind to keep our luggage for the day when we checked out so we could spend our last day at the beach. We felt instantly at home and can't wait to come back soon.
The facility doesn't have any elevators. Luckily the staff schlepped my heavy luggage up the stairs. If I had come with an older family member that relies on a wheelchair it would have been a challenge. I think the listing could make that a lot more clear. Not a major dealbreaker but worth mentioning.

The rooms were very spacious and the views from the plaza side were really nice. Very clean. Staff was very accommodating. They loaned us beach towels for our outing.
We knew there wasn’t an elevator but getting up and down stairs with luggage was a struggle. In one of our rooms, the shower leaked out on the bathroom floor. Solved with just using a bath towel to keep water from pooling.

The room was beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The staff was friendly and informative.
The door is difficult to find! You need a bigger sign! We were not expecting to walk 5 flights of stairs! But this wasn’t a deal breaker, you should just warn people.

Stairs. Too many, a hazard, dark.
Reception spoke very little English. Not that helpful and no one on after 8pm
Hallway smellled like a toilet had backed up.

Wonderful large room and very quiet. Central location with many shops and restaurants nearby as well as parking. We will definitely stay here again should we return to Nice.

We came to see Carnaval de Nice. It was the perfect location to enjoy the parade, the city, the beach, the cafes, the nightclubs and everything that makes the French Riviera magical. You should definitely pick this place.
