The Place is Close to the sites of Nice & right on the Plaza of the Nice Cathedral in Old Town, plus very close walk to Colline du Château!
Unfortunately, the space being located on the Plaza, there is alot of activity outside well into the late evening.

Review of Our Stay in the Apartment in Old Nice
We recently spent four nights in a charming apartment in Old Nice, and it exceeded our expectations.
Location:
The location is fantastic—just steps away from vibrant markets, cafes, and the stunning Promenade des Anglais. We loved being in the heart of the historic district, making it easy to explore the narrow streets and local shops.
Bedroom:
The bedroom was cozy and well-appointed, featuring a comfortable bed and ample storage. The decor was tasteful, combining modern elements with traditional Nice charm. We appreciated the peaceful ambiance, which made for restful nights.
Living Room:
The living room was spacious and inviting, equipped with a comfortable sofa and a small dining area. Large windows provided plenty of natural light, enhancing the overall atmosphere. It was the perfect spot to relax after a day of sightseeing.
Amenities:
The apartment had all the amenities we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. Everything was clean and in good working order, making our stay hassle-free.
Overall, this apartment offered a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience the best of Old Nice!
There is a bit of noise in the night from the streets, which is normal for the old city with many bars. Using green noice on the smart phone resolved the problem and allowed for good sleep

great location and apartment.
there was a club across the street that opens at 10:30 pm and closes at 4:30 - 5 am and was very noisy. kept us up most nights.
I was traveling with a friend and used the couch, squeaky and could use a little more cushioning.

The staff were just wonderful and so extra helpful at all times. We were so impressed and thankful for them all. It was lovely, staying right in the heart of the Old Town. So much to see and great restaurants and markets everywhere and so close to the trams and the ocean and ferry.
On our original booking, we said "no stairs" as my husband has severe mobility issues. There was an elevator, but there were also 23 stairs to climb before and after the elevator. The staff were so kind and helped us when we arrived and when we left with our bags as there was no possible way we could have got them up or down the stairs. . But each day was a real struggle going out and in.

Very clean, comfortable, and spacious apartment in the heart of Nice’s old town. Gregory was super helpful and provided many tips and advice on places to eat and drink.
The only negative is that there was noise from the nearby restaurants, since the apartment is in such a great location.

The location is excellent being directly on Place Rossetti. Within a few 100m you can reach all parts of the old town of Nice, the Flower market, dozens of restaurants and the Promenade. The atmosphere is totally different to other parts of Nice.
This is not a complaint but a comment about the apartment. There is an elevator but access still requires some use of stairs which needs some care for older people. Also the location is not directly accessible by taxi. The nearest taxi approach is approximately 150m. It was not a problem for us but may be a factor for less mobile guests.

Location at first glance is amazing as soon as you step out of the door everything is on your doorstep and transportation links are great!
Drunk people and music keeping us up till 4am. Serenading Juliet at 3am wears thin pretty fast!
