Location of the apartment was in the center of Old Town Nice and walkable to most everything around. It is a vibrant square with loads of restaurants and shops.
It was great sitting out on the long balcony, watching all of the activities below.
The stairwell had a light that could be activated going up the stairs, but coming down 50 steps, it was very dark until getting to the exit door to activate the light.
Bedding and towels were so so, but overall it was a very comfortable apartment.

Property is in a perfect location to explore old town Nice with bars restaurants on your doorstep., tram line minutes walk away to explore further afield.
Very well equipped with modern furniture. Everything you need for a self catering holiday.

clean, airy, beautifully set up. we had everything we needed. it overlooked a lovely little square. Lovely David and Gregory welcomed us and kept bags until we could check into apartment. they gave us all the info we needed.
we liked everything. just for other people’s info, it is on 3rd floor (steps) although it is a quiet square, there is a lot of noise through the night echoing down the narrow roads. we didn’t mind, but it’s good to know.

This apartment was in the heart of Old town Nice. It was modern and spacious for two friends. My friend had the bedroom and slept on the Murphy bed in the dining room (enough space for both) I like the toilet in a private space away from the shower/vanity. Nice to have a kitchen available and a washer. We hung our clothes on the lines off the balcony to dry, so handy. Fun to sit in the balcony to watch all the activity in the square.
Also a big Thank You to the Bag Guys! All the staff especially David went above and beyond to answer questions and meet our needs! They are the best!
The noise at night was hard for the sleeper in the dining/living space as well as the lack of dark window coverings. If you are a light sleeper, like me, it's not the best. The wine opener was very cheap so we replaced it with a 5 Euro new one.

The location can't be beat.....right in the heart of the city. About a 20 minute walk to the train station, but flat and good exercise. Ubers were readily available. The balcony was fantastic and a great place to people watch. The kitchen and sitting rooms were just fine.
There was no mention that we could find of the 4 flights of stairs you need to climb. The noise from the square is something you will need to live with. The room with two twin beds was very uncomfortable. The air con would bang on and bang off. The beds are very small. One of them would squeak with every move. This is not a great place is you value your sleep.

Perfectly located with balcony overlooking the piazza, we loved that it was. Short walk to the beach ?️

I like kitchen, balcony and how clean the facility is.
the noise was unbearable despite closing the windows. Carrying the suitcases 3 floors was not easy.

Gorgeous little apartment with everything you need.Staff at the baggage shop were really helpful.
Although the location was lovely and central,it was far too noisy in the middle of the night with lots of people gathering and waking us up.The cathedral bells also rung at 8am every morning so if you wanted a lie in,it wouldn’t be possible.

The location was superb, everything we needed was within walking distance. Because the apartment over looked the cathedral square we were able to enjoy the atmosphere and bustle of the old town.
Might be accessibility problems for someone who couldn't manage steps.

It is realy nice apartment in the heart of Nice
Because it is in the center of Nice it is realy loud at night. Drunk people were loud every day till 5 in the morning, at 5:30 they start to taking out tresh, cleaning streets, prepering restaurants down on the piaza and it is againg loud. So if you are light sleeper this is not apartment for you.
