The man who checked me in, Ian, was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. I had many questions about the bus and he gave me every detail. The view is truly panoramic, breathtaking. It was a treat to have breakfast in the sunny dining room where you could see to the Mediterranean.
The top-of-the hill location is quiet and safe, but it is far from the center of town. Only one restaurant nearby. I chose beauty over convenience.

Perfect little boutique hotel! Wonderfully managed by friendly helpful people, and the views are unreal.
To give such a good view means being on top of the hill. So it's difficult to get to unless you uber.

Absolutely stunning. Beautiful terraces along the stairs winding down to each of the rooms. Some were right by a specific room but others were along the path or side of the hotel so even the inside rooms could come out and enjoy the view. Perfect place to read a book or sit with friends. We had breakfast at the hotel twice. Delicious food with a panoramic view of the city. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We booked three rooms and all of them were comfortable.
We spent a lot of time in Old Nice so it was a bit far (we knew that when we booked though. The vibes and the price were worth it to us!). It made up for it by being away from the bustle of all the tourists though. It's a very peaceful location. You can take the bus, tram, or taxi. We ended up taking an Uber into town pretty often for the convenience. The bus stop is right outside, the tram station is nearby down the hill.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay! The property is befitting of its name with beautiful views and the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. They of course speak perfect English but were so accommodating when we wanted to practice our French :)

The room was nice. With air conditioner. The view was awesome. Pretty good location. The taxi to the center is around 15 eur but sometimes no drivers who want to pick it up. Bus + tram works perfectly if you know the schedule. Getting to the hotel using the tram and stairs as google suggests is a bad choice. You should combine the tram and bus, otherwise the road will be hard.

Located in a location with a amazing view to the city! Away from the crowds. Very nice hosts, which care about their guests. Small but cozy room. We loved everithing there.

Spectacular views. Very helpful friendly team/staff. Lovely breakfast. Buses run from/to outside the hotel (until around 7pm). Uber is very easy after that if you dont want to walk. Parking was easy on the street outside the hotel.
Nothing! If I was to stay again I would have a room with a terrace so we could enjoy the views even more. Our room was close to reception which was a little noisy at breakfast time but it really didnt bother us as we were up anyway.

We spent four days here with four people and we had a great time. Le Panoramic is a lovely hotel and we felt right at home here. The room was big enough, nicely decorated and very clean. Plus, it had a great view over the city and a comfortable terrace to spend some time. The hotel is located in a beautiful building, in a nice area of the city. You can take a bus to the center of town, or use the stairs to get to one of the tram stops (quite a lot of stairs, to be honest, but that's perfect if you want an active vacation). The breakfast was very nice and every morning we received more than enough to eat. The staff was very friendly and helped us out whenever necessary. So we would definitely consider coming back here if we would visit Nice again.

We arrived in Nice after an underwhelming experience at our previous destination. We were late to the accommodation but what a blessing when we finally arrived and managed to catch Gino (owner) before he left. He was accommodating and extremely helpful from the get go. He advised us on how everything works in Nice, transport to take and some sites to see. This was all put down on a map provided by him as we checked in. We loved this place. It was clean and comfortable and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Nice.
It would have been nice to have a little bit more for breakfast ie cheese or cold meats. However, everything was freshly baked and we were still provided with breakfast the morning that we left which was very early. Gino made a plan for us which was amazing.
It is a bit of travel from the airport so make sure to follow the directions that Gino sends. They are the quickest and cheapest.
