Everything was wonderful. The location was perfect, the ambience was great, and the staff were truly exceptional.
The only things that could be improved are the comfort of the bed, and the room temperature, which would have been nicer if it were slightly warmer.

Staff at the reception were very helpful. Room was spacious and clean with a fantastic view to the sea. The swimming pool is open from 07.00 to 18.00 with a warm water, it would be nice to extend the working hours. We got two complimentary drinks and a bottle of wine.

There was a construction at the building, and it was impossible to rest at the hotel during the day between 9AM-5 PM because of the incredible noise….they must inform the guests before so we could stay somewhere else …

Perfect location, helpful and competent staff, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. Lots of choices for breakfast and nice restaurant and bar at the rooftop.
The pool there is a nice feature.
Generally, soundproofing is good, but in some rooms facing the venue, it can not stand the sounds/music of the Nice jazz fest. So, if you do not feel like listening to jazz and other music till 3 a.m., you'd better check the fest dates and choose room option wisely.

Location is fantastic. The rooms are clean and the staff were helpful and pleasant. The view is particularly impressive from the sea and garden view room (attached pics), which also was of decent size for a European room.
Seating around the pool was minimal without proper cover from the sun or sufficient attention from the staff and closed too early (6 pm). The breakfast was not worth the 29 euro. Much better options nearby for higher quality, lower cost. Also- so curious why the center space of the building is essentially an unused inaccessible box! Why can't this be expanded for either a bar or more pool space? seems like a waste of space in a prime location. Wifi bandwidth was poor- was unable to stream movies at night, for example and most of the TV stations didn't work. Not a dealbreaker of course, but annoying.

I had some kids running in the hallway at 2:30am in the morning that woke me up and could not get back to sleep that night. someone needs to keep a eye on that. maybe cameras in the hallways? parking in the garage next door was a pain in the ass.

The location was amazing and the rooftop bar had unreal views. The hotel was quiet and we were able to get good sleep. Beds were comfy and rooms were modern.
The chairs on the rooftop pool are brutal. In general, the rooftop pool is just a weird setup. The pool is too big for the space and the chairs are cramped together and are not full lounge chairs. Also, the spa is not great. We definitely got cheated out of 15 minutes of our hour long massages and the hotel wouldn’t help because they aren’t affiliated with the people who run the spa.
