The staff was great and the check-in was easy. The room had everything we needed and was in a great location.

The spaciousness of the apartment, its functional layout and the interior are tasteful and stylish.
I have been staying here for many years.
The standard and cleanliness have been maintained despite the passage of time. It's like returning to your home in Nice.
And this extraordinary location in an old house with a soul between a winery and an Indian restaurant, a step from the market square and arcades overlooking the sea...
no handrail at the exit from the kitchen to the living room.

Fantastic location and very clean, comfortable and well-equipped.
Steep stairs to apartment which would be difficult with large and heavy bags but didn’t affect me as I had a small case.

It was excellent location in the old town. Everything was within walking distance and the apartment had everything we needed for our stay. The apartment was extremely clean. A travel cot and high chair was supplied with no issue. Recommendations were given on where to eat and how to visit other areas within the region.

We liked the position of the apartment. It was in a great spot for both the beach and for sightseeing. The daily market 2 mins walk away was fabulous and in the evening, dining out was very plentiful. The apartment was fully sound proofed and the air conditioning was very efficient. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils. The apartment was clean.
If you have mobility issues, this apartment would be difficult to navigate as it is up a very steep staircase. The bathroom towels could have been of better quality but they were adequate.

The location is fantastic and really can’t beat it. You are waking distance to so many places to eat ( there is a main drag of spots) and also the morning markets. The beach and beach clubs are also just down the road. The apartment is spacious, clean and fairly sound proof. The two sofa beds were also easy to make and fairly comfy. Aircon was very good. You can also walk to nice station which is about 30 minutes or so
The loft part where the top bed is isn’t ideal for tall people. My partner and I had to hunch over to get to the bed and make sure we didn’t hit our head. Once in the bed, it wasn’t an issue but just getting there was a bit uncomfortable ( you would need to be under around 150cm to stand up)

Bright and airy apartment on the second floor, well equipped kitchen, idyllic old town location, accommodated key exchange late at night, air conditioning, good communications from the property manager beforehand, all as advertised!
We did not have any dislikes about the property…
However the baby bed that we had pre-ordered for our 1.5yo daughter was not there for our late night arrival which did make our first night very difficult. Management were very apologetic about the error and delivered the bed the next day, but this mistake did write off day one of our trip unfortunately. Anyone who has travelled with an infant will understand!

We absolutely loved our stay! From meeting Gregory and his colleague who booked us in, easy to store our luggage. We even were directed to the property from Gregory’s colleague (Yanni - I think!?)
Very comfortable apartment, with everything we could need for an enjoyable stay. It was a large apartment - larger than we realised which was great as there were 4 adults. The location was exceptional for us!
The stairs were a bit steep but we were in this gorgeous old building so we absolutely understood and it was a trade off - this May have been included in description but we overlooked. Not a problem for us at all though and part of the charm!

Clean, spacious, and equipped with essential commodities like tissue, towels, a washing machine, kitchen utensils, and even spices for cooking.
As the flat is on the 3rd floor of an old apartment without a lift, you should climb the steep stairs carrying your heavy luggage yourself. However you will soon forget about the stairs as you open the door of the house.
It is such a lovely flat with a high ceiling, clean sheets, comfy beds, modernized kitchen and bathroom.
There is a pub in the ground floor of the apartment. You open the window, the noise (not that bad) will come up but close the window, the noise disappears. The window is soundproof.
Everything in the old Nice is mingled with antiques and moderns. The apartment also presents that mood which will be special to the city born and dwellers.
There is one more thing on the table that might pleases you. Hope you find it yourself . ?
There is no lift, but it is okay. A little bit far from the center where you can access a bigger monoprix or the train station.

Right in the heart of Old Nice with the Market and restaurants right outside the front door. The sound proof windows were amazing. A short stroll to the beach to cool off in the afternoon makes in a great place to stay.
Unfortunately the WIFI was well below expectations, despite Davits valiant efforts to fix, but if you don't need it you wont be bothered!

Great proximity to the markets and very central in old town. Only a minutes walk to the beach, the location was excellent. The apartment was clean and spacious for the two of us, and provided everything that we needed.
