Location
Not suitable for more than two people. Mezzanine floor to 2nd bedroom only suitable for very short people. Had to bed all the way to the bed.

The property was compact but well placed for visiting Nice, the old town, the port and the tram
the compact size meant it was difficult to find enough place to store belongings for 5 people

The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed or wanted. The location was great--in the heart of everything, yet very quiet.

The apartment was in centre of Old Nice.We were greeted by Mathidle who was very friendly and told us all the things we needed to know about the apartment. Being in the centre you are meters away from all the wonderful restaurants and bars. Although the apartment was in the centre it was very quiet and safe. Great place to stay.
There was nothing we didn't like. Maybe a few spare sheets for the beds as it is very warm.

The localisation js perfect; the appartment js clean.
It was a bit cold but this is due mainly to the old buildings near the sea.

Parking in Nice is really expensive nearby parking garages charge 25-29/day in August
