The staff is very friendly and professional, especially Stacy at the reception who helped me out with great restaurant recommendations and bookings, the rooms as also very comfortable and nicely designed, with charming balconies overlooking the main street

Location and Restaurant downstairs were amazing, you just go out for a walk and you can get anywhere in Nice centre, old town, port, etc. Transport to and from airport was arranged perfectly!

Great staff and location. Small rooms but very clean and nicely done. Accommodating staff and very friendly. Enjoyed the little balconies.

This was our first trip to Nice and this hotel made our stay wonderful. We were greeted by Sylvie and Luis who were incredibly helpful. Solieia is in a great location in Nice and very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Room size is compact or even maybe bit small but surprisingly well architectured you have everything at your hand and with modern designed facilities athough space is limited . the bed is comfy enough . The hotel has been recently refurbished and we liked the style , who ever did it made a nice job . You seem to be floating just in another world while sitting in the lobby or breakfast chamber .
the elavator from entrance to the lobby floor was not working which is a nuisance as you have to carry the heavy luggage up the stairs to the lobby level

The staff were lovely and the location is fantastic. Booked as a treat for our wedding anniversary but we really disappointed with our room. Small, impossibly laid out bathroom, water stain on carpet - it was £390 euros for one night and really just not worth it at all. We complained and very kindly the staff put us in a nicer room the following night. Comfortable beds and bedding in both, but not worth the additional extra cost. We would look elsewhere next time. Staff were wonderful and bent over backwards to accommodate us when we gave feedback.

Clean, new, spacious room, decoration of the reception area and the rooms were top!
Very close to the beach and touristic areas
Just 2 things, the AC in our room didn’t work properly, called the reception but they could not help much with this issue as it was late and no other room was available, and the entrance elevator was out of service (stairs to the reception) which was inconvenient especially if you have heavy luggage
