Everything was great, hotel location especially - perfect for us!
The sound level in the breakfast room was insane, a group of chinese children took over because the hotel/cafe kindly offer a coorner with games.... NOT ideal during breakfast, the parents passive - everyone else annoyed. Not the hotel's fault though!!!

The staff were nice.
Old , dirty and the rooms much smaller than they appear in pictures, with a very little window like a prison room, with almost €200 you can get a beautiful hotel like I did next block or Airbnb.

It was very close to the old town and the staff were very helpful. Good breakfast included.
It stated parking available but they have very few spots. We we directed to a lot nearby which worked out well but it was another added cost.

great location right in the heart of restaurants and amenities easy walk to everything . . Lovely croissants and yoghurts for breakfast .
bedroom needs ensuite for both rooms we had a 2 bdrm unit only one toilet and one shower. Breakfast could do with more variety fruit and cereals.

Clean bathroom. Great TV... Quiet building. Excellent location, 10 mn walk to Tramway, for airport access.
The sheets, bedding . It's DUVET , with no other option. Can't remove duvet cover....to hot !

The hotel location is great, close to the bars and also the city center is at walking distance. Tram station is 5mins from the hotel.
Room was clean, service is good and the staff is very friendly and polite.

The front desk staff were very friendly, and there was complimentary sparkling water available in the lobby. The location was great, with many good restaurants nearby.
Small bathroom，and the toilet and shower were separate, which was a bit inconvenient.

It wasn’t the best, also the night shift staff was very rude! It’s in the center so walking distance from most of places.
Each room had 1 washroom. one with the toilet and an airplane size sink and the other room had the shower box with a normal size sink which was very weird. So if someone was sleeping in the room with the toilet, you can’t get it and use it! Also one tinny window in each room. Breakfast was good.

Perfect location in Themis city centre of Nice, surrounded by lots of restaurants and bars. Harbour is 5 min walk, beach 20min. This is where you want to stay! Perfectly reachable by tram as well.
The room is a bit basic and breakfast could have a bit more options. It’s a pretty basic buffet.

Great location. I stayed less than 24 hours so cannot provide a comprehensive review, but would stay here again based on my brief experience.
Just to note that this is a very lively area, which absolutely worked for me - but if you're sensitive to street noise, you may want to explore another option.

The Staff was exceptional especially with difficult situations.
Although small the bathrooms in the rooms were good.
The range of resturants in the area was awesome

Great location and good breakfast. Clean room. Comfortable bed.
The room was incredibly basic. The bathroom was so small, the shower didn't have a curtain or any type of closure. It almost felt like a prison cell.
