The staff ( the lovely young people) behind the front desk were the absolute best of any hotel we've ever stayed. Their ability to combine superior professionalism with an unmatched and sincere welcoming friendliness set the stage for our immersion into all that Nice has to offer.

Very convenient location (close to train station and tram). Super helpful and friendly staff. Spacious room and well thought-out design.
Negligible impact on overall stay and ONLY IF I have to be nitpicky -
1) The Wi-Fi can be a bit spotty;
2) Wish there was a hanger near the sink in the bathroom to hang hand towels.

Wonderful
Location is near the train station which can be used to travel across the Azure Coast. The staff was very helpful with our requests and the room was clean and quiet for a good rest after a long day of city sightseeing. We booked 6 nights and we didn't had any complains at the checkout. The facilities in the room offers exactly what you need.

A bit far but still walkable from the main area. It’s near a bridge that possible unhoused people hangout and were loud so we had our guard up but it’s important to note that I never felt threatened

Location. This property is centrally located and within steps of the train and tram exits.
There was a senior staff member (that’s how she identified herself)) who was extremely helpful and seemed genuinely friendly and nice. However, there were two staff members in particular, who were very unhelpful the young woman in particular and the male was extremely dismissive of certain guests.

The location was amazing, the room was great, and so was the staff!
As I mentioned above, everything about this hotel was amazing but…the walls were paper thin. It’s the only reason I can’t give it a 10/10 rating.
I’m someone who sleeps with earplugs in on the regular and even then I was being woken up at 2/2:30am when the room next door was coming home from a night out. And it’s not like they were being particularly loud so it’s no fault of theirs, but due to how thin the walls were, I could hear almost word to word of their conversations.
If you plan to stay for only a night or two, this is a fine option but any longer than that and the lack of sound proofing isn’t doable in my opinion.
Again, it’s a shame because it’s a beautiful building, amazing location, and the staff were so friendly! But my sleep severely suffered.
