Great location.... walking everywhere. Very clean & comfortable beds, good sized rooms for Paris.
The street is pretty dark when walking back after evening out but usually people around.

The location was very convenient for the train station and close to some nice restaurants.
The breakfast was excellent.
The staff were extremely helpful.
The lighting in the 3rd floor room was not adequate. In the 4th floor room the lighting was fine.

Great location
Sent a mail about arriving late at night. I got in and a staff allocated a room that wasn’t in existence. I called his attention to it and he made a ridicule of me that I didn’t know how to read (in French) in the presence of other guests about to check in.
Upon coming upstairs he know realized the room didn’t exist and then allocated another room.

The hotel provided an excellent experience and a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff, particularly Thomas, Sam, and Jean, were professional, attentive, and made every effort to ensure my comfort during my stay. When I reported a minor issue with my first room, they immediately arranged a larger room with a balcony, which exceeded my expectations. The location is ideal, the rooms are comfortable, and the overall service was outstanding. The only area for improvement would be the breakfast selection, which could benefit from greater variety and options for different dietary needs. Overall, a highly positive stay that I would recommend to others.

While the location is perfect and the staff are amazing and friendly there was a big issue that made our stay uncomfortable I booked 2 rooms one of the rooms the ac didn’t work and I kept asking them numerous times and they fix it, so it works for a little bit then goes off again with the summer heat in july couldn’t sleep at night and if windows are open a lot of mosquitoes will come inside what made it really bad is the other room the ac worked perfectly fine so it was have been sorted by just changing our room or make a proper fix for it.
