The staff
The fact that I couldn’t regulate my AC down from 22 degrees as this was not communicated I would have never chosen this hotel.
Apparently a green certificate
Also was the room expensive and old compared to other ibis hotels also broken and loudly and dirty.

All of the staff were very accommodating. I didn’t get the name of the two girls at the reception. They helped us with everything we needed. Hugo was also nice, he asked us during checkout whether everything went well with our stay. Location is near the airport and a few minutes away from the tram stop. It was very convenient for us as we were going to Monaco as well. Train station was two stops away. There were no kettle or mini fridge in the room but you have everything you need at the lobby area. There were free tea, coffee and water and you could stay at the lobby area or pool area to do your thing. The ac system in the room is centralized so it was always set to room temperature and couldn’t be changed but it didn’t bother us, we were okay with the temperature. Breakfast was delicious. We loved the mini croissants! Cleaning lady was very kind always smiling.
