the front desk staff were absolutely wonderful helping me navigate a problem I had while in France. The room was super comfy and had an unbeatable view!! delicious breakfast.

Great location for beach and promenade, still a decent walk to Old Town.
Hotel itself was fine but our 3 person room was a bit weird. Plain white minimalist, hard wood floor, steep metallic stairs. Very hard bed. Lots of confusion at reception about payment for breakfasts, credit card deposit etc etc upon checkout.

The Location is the only redeeming factor
They tell you that the hotel has parking and even if you book in advance (2-3 weeks before) they tell that there is no parking left, so you should search for nearby parkings.
The price is too high for what they offer, location is the only redeeming factor, they will request waranty deposit (100 euro).
A/c does not work for cooling in this period, even that temperatures were high.
You pay couple hundred of euros per night and you receive nothing but a good location,

Gorgeous hotel, wonderful smells throughout, fabulous location, delicious and bountiful breakfast buffet, comfortable bed, fantastic sea view balcony, parking garage right next door.
I think we got the last room in the hotel - Holy Week (Easter) and fully booked and we booked at the last minute to get out of another hotel we didn’t like. There was no shower curtain or door in the very nice bathroom with tub so we had to quick wash and hand spray to not get soak the floor. Our heat/AC was broken so the room was hot but we managed with opening the lovely window. The mini bar refrigerator was also broken - I did address this with reception because I needed to keep a few items cold but I could tell from her replies that it wouldn’t be fixed or looked at during our stay which was discouraging. These are easy fixes for an otrherwise really really lovely hotel.

We loved everything about this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the location was perfect, and the price was right. Our room was clean, comfortable, and large enough. We also chose the option that included breakfast, and we were very happy about that. The breakfast included everything we wanted and was excellent. Overall a wonderful stay!

The bathroom sink was not draining properly. The bathroom space with respect to toilet positioning in Rm 207 may need reconfiguration as very tight and close to counter cabinetry.
Carpet in room needs refreshing.

Great location. Very clean. Cute, old school building and decor, but very nice and right across from the beach.
The front desk staff wasn't very helpful. They didn't know anything about local transportation and kind of looked at me funny when I asked for dinner recommendations. Also, our hairdryer and our phone didn't work. But they made it right, and got it fixed within the day.
