This was our second time to stay at the West End. Location, Location,Location! Breakfast is delicious and plentiful. Staff attentive.
Location is the best. Stay in a Seaview. If you're in Nice you want the view!

Wonderful
The staff including the front desk, concierge, and Anna, Guest Relations, were wonderful to interact with. They were all so very friendly, accommodating, helpful, and professional. It was very clear that their guests are their priority. They assisted in pre-arranging airport and port transfers with an excellent driver.
The on-site patio restaurant was lovely, and particularly convenient for breakfast.

The location, and the view.
Rooms need refurnishment, for available public parking you need to book in advance, no valet, money-value ratio is low. You pay 700 Eu just for location and view.

The room that we were given overlooked the Jardin du Massena, the Le Negresco hotel and had side sea view. Good location. Staff was always ready to help and answer questions. Clean rooms.

the front desk staff were absolutely wonderful helping me navigate a problem I had while in France. The room was super comfy and had an unbeatable view!! delicious breakfast.

Great location for beach and promenade, still a decent walk to Old Town.
Hotel itself was fine but our 3 person room was a bit weird. Plain white minimalist, hard wood floor, steep metallic stairs. Very hard bed. Lots of confusion at reception about payment for breakfasts, credit card deposit etc etc upon checkout.

The Location is the only redeeming factor
They tell you that the hotel has parking and even if you book in advance (2-3 weeks before) they tell that there is no parking left, so you should search for nearby parkings.
The price is too high for what they offer, location is the only redeeming factor, they will request waranty deposit (100 euro).
A/c does not work for cooling in this period, even that temperatures were high.
You pay couple hundred of euros per night and you receive nothing but a good location,
Dont recomend it
