Hot rooms, need updating, old old everything, breakfast ok. There is so much the staff can do when facility is so old, some guest turned on the coffee/ tea maker in their room and the whole floor lost electricity- it’s that old. We got 3 fans bright up to our room, and it was still very hot and uncomfortable!

Bathroom was extremely small. me is 1.60, my husband 1.80.. even for me I had to sit sideways, it wasn't comfortable when you pay more than 300e per night.

Room was very small and not renovated and there is no good ventilation in bathroom and it smells moldy and the breakfast was really bad

Excellent location and services, great staff! Even though we’ve had a seaside family room, the view was excellent.
Not a big deal, but there is a security deposit of 250€ at checkin which should be mentioned in the policy

Location was great. Facilities were real nice. Breakfast was tasty and service was good.
Breakfast was pretty good but not great about saying if items were gluten free. They said there was beach access across the street but did not say it was $80 to reserve chairs each day until I asked. If we wanted to reserve chairs at the front desk of hotel - it was cash only. We asked for two twin beds but they gave us a room with them made together. Staff was not very friendly, not rude, just not friendly. There were major road closures the week we were there. It would have been nice for them to alert us ahead of time. Our taxi driver had to drop us off two blocks away which we had to walk with our luggage on a very hot day.

The location of the hotel is the best in Nice! The breakfast is amazing and the restaurant is top notch! All the staffs of the hotel were nice and beyond. The room was comfortable. I loved the hotel!

Conveniently located.
We had a room for three people. The toilet was on the first floor, but the sink and tub were on the second floor. It was inconvenient to have to go up the stairs every time we used the toilet.

Location only
The room had a severe moisture and mold problem. This was not a mild musty smell or a small trace of dampness. The odor was constant and so strong that the air felt difficult to breathe. Even with the AC running all day, the room remained heavily humid and the linens felt wet to the touch. We tried opening the door to ventilate the room, but because there were no mosquito screens, it quickly filled with mosquitoes.
I called reception and asked to change rooms the second we entered the room. They claimed the hotel was fully booked, but Booking.com still showed available rooms. They made me wait, then hung up. I also messaged them through the app and received no response.
The hotel is outdated, poorly maintained and far below four-star standards. Considering how much we paid, I left feeling completely ripped off.
