The hotel is in a great location. However, the room we booked on Booking.com was not like the photos it was quite small. We didn’t have a garden view. Compared to the high ratings it has, it didn’t meet our expectations. It’s possible that there are nicer rooms, but this was the last option available on Booking.
I wouldn’t mention anything in particular.

The staff and location were excellent! Ideal place if you wanna be close to the train station and city center. One quirky detail that I initially thought would be inconvenient actually turned out to be a great idea: guests are asked to leave their room keys at the front desk whenever they go out. Since the hotel uses traditional keys, replacing the locks would be costly if one were lost or stolen. By leaving the key behind, we never had to worry about misplacing it while exploring the city, which made things surprisingly easier.
The showers were a bit small.

This is a very nice, clean and very cute boutique hotel! Location was great too! Walking distance to beach and a lot of shops and eateries. The staff was amazingly helpful and kind! Staff really made us feel welcomed!

The lobby was so bad.
Lobby was terrible and its Doors were open in the evening and mosquitoes were biting us all the time.
The rooms are too small.
The hotel is very old.

It was so comfortable. Very clean. The beds were super comfortable. The room was a nice size and so was the bathroom.
The AC was quiet and worked well. The staff was very nice and it was close to the beach restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend this hotel. The beach club was fabulous and a great value as well.

Close to of town Nice within walking... cold AC and had an elevator.
The room was difficult for plug in hair tools and the walls were thin. We had out TV on at a normal
Level and the next room complained and the staff were rude about the complaint when they called our room. There was an unfinished pool with lots of dust around it through our garden view.

The decoration is very old, the walls are paper thin. We could hear ANYTHING our neighbors would do. No ceiling light in the bedroom made it very dark at night.
And we found days old strawberries on the balcony that smelled bad. We left after a day instead of 3.

A great location downtown. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the garden setting was lovely. We had a palm tree just outside our window. The hotel was quiet and very clean. I recommend a garden view.
