The hotel is lovely,clean,located in Nice center near the beaches and there are a plenty of restaurants and cafe bars around ,the breakfast is excellent and the staff is wonderful and very helpful!

The rooms were modern and very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I liked that the balcony faced onto a quiet street.
I didnt like the building in which the hotel was situated as it was old and unkept. The lift was very small

Lovely small hotel in a great location, quiet despite being very central, room was clean, staff were lovely. We also had a large roof terrace area that we weren't expecting. Also, decent sized, quiet fridge in the room. Air con worked well enough but we were there in October so can't judge how it would cope in summer. Bed comfortable.
Nothing really from our point of view, we would return.
Things that people might dislike are that the rooms are on the small side, and some of the decorating seemed a bit DIY. E.g. Skirting boards don't quite match up up at corners. Also, the hotel is on floor 4/5 of a residential building although there is a small lift. The hallway as you enter the building is a bit smelly but that's obviously not the hotel's fault.

Perfect location near the sea, close to the city center and cafes. Friendly staff. In evenings, there was sound from cafes downstairs, but it was kind of lovely and if window was closed, did not disturb the sleep.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of nice and a 5 minute walk from the promenade des anglais and 15 minutes to the train station for day trips to Monaco and Cannes etc. The cafe culture was just below the hotel, streams of restaurants and pavement cafes with tastes to suit everyone. Nice is an expensive mini break, but Id totally recommend booking this hotel in favour of spending my money on enjoying myself outside of it.
The noise from the street although bustling until the early hours was quite noisy and the patio doors did not drown out the sound. That said, I wouldnt have wanted to stay anywhere else. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed for my short mini break.

Very helpful staff, I am very grateful to Thierry and his colleagues for making our stay truly enjoyable and comfortable! The location is top: 4 minutes to the sea, 7 minutes to the central square, restaurants just below. Having booked last minute, this turned out to be a pleasant surprise.
