The location in the Vieille Ville was great. It is a quaint boutique hotel. The woman who worked there is very nice and helpful.
The communications after I reserved our rooms on the hotel's website were nonexistent. No one responded to emails or answered the phone ever. I never received a confirmation. So I reserved a backup through Booking.com and ended up with a double reservation. The hotel did cancel one for me without any problem, but I just didn't appreciate not knowing if we had a reservation or not.

The property is in the heart of the old city making it very easy to just explore from here. Close enough to all tram stations so everything is easily accessible. The staff were very nice and helpful! The room was rather big
The shower in the room is “open” so while taking a shower the room was full of steam. Nothing that wasn’t manageable.

The hotel is new. Everything is modern and clean. You get all you need and room was spacious enough for two people. Very friendly staff.
This is a very noisy part of the old town. However, since there are a lot of tourists, you need to be prepared for the city to stay up all night. We took earplugs to be able to sleep. The sink is very small, a lot of water ended up on the floor. It's clear that this size was chosen to save space.

Fantastic location. Host very welcoming and the instructions to find it were spot on. There were a few stairs and narrow, short staircases to get up inside the building, but the host carried one of our bags for us. Gorgeous little shared terrace.

The location is superb, right in the old town quarter on a pedestrian street. The facilities were great, everything needed was supplied and very clean. The staff were very welcoming, organised and helpful. Highly recommended

Very clean and comfortable room. The location is amazing right in the middle of the old town yet very quiet. This is my second time at Rossetti. It’s my favorite hotel in Nice.

Very good location in terms of accessing tourist attractions. The terrace is super nice and cosy, too. The hotel was very good about accommodating an early check-in, which was very helpful.
The only issue with the hotel was the room was a tad on the small size, though it was well equipped. Also, the only window in the room faced onto a busy pedestrian area, which was quite noisy at night, which meant we had to keep the windows closed all night. The room has air-con, so the heat was not such a problem.

Lovely room with a great view over the little street in front. Hosts were really friendly and helpful. There was a lovely terrace where we could sit outside. Tea and Coffee facilities were available. The hotel is in a great central location very near to lots of restaurants and very near to Cours Saleya and the beach. Really recommend a stay here.
