The common kitchen was great. Clean, well thought out, conscientiously cleaned by staff. Coffee machine was godsend. Location is excellent. Like a very superior hostel.
I did have one issue but the management were phoned and dealt with it immediately and graciously. It was about linen, nothing worse!

I provided my own breakfast. The coffee and hot chocolate provided by the machine were excellent..I had the cafe au lait.
The shower was very small.. the mixer tap stuck into me a few times.

Its location is very central. Easy to access to bus and tram. Also walking distance to lots of town squares and not far from the city beach. plus its a pedestrian zone, full of restaurants. The kitchen is also well maintained by the staff.
A bit of noisy because of all the restaurants on the street. However it did not bother me much because I am a late sleeper and by 11:00 pm, restaurants were closing. The only noise thats a bit annoying late at night is the seagulls making loud noises. you cant believe the seagulls in Nice are huge, and they are almost everywhere!
