Extremely comfortable location, amiable and professional staff. This is not a stuffy accommodation, but one that is quiet and off the beaten path. If you are tired of oversized hotel chains - this lives up to its name - Oasis

The room was the smallest I have ever seen, the bed was against one wall with 18 inches on the other side two people couldn't pass each other. The bathroom was tiny your elbows hit the walls as you washed your. Not enough space for a toilet roll holder, rolls sat behind you on the tank. Restaurant was closed for the 3 days we were their

Super lovely hotel tucked away from the back streets of Nice. Soon as we pulled into the car park I felt at ease. Lovely welcome, beautiful and thankfully airconned rooms. Breakfast served outside in the garden was great, a proper treat to start the day.
Nice easy walk into town, took about 10 minutes, but right into the key shopping and eating areas. Highly recommended, thankyou!

Very cute property tucked away for an extra feeling of security. The bed is super comfortable and the air conditioning makes all the difference!
My only complaint is the WiFi is slow especially during peak hours when everyone is on. Besides that it was great!

The hotel is conveniently located near the gare. It is very homey and cheap despite the festival in nearby Cannes.

Recently renovated, strong aircon if you struggle with the heat, friendly staff, great location. Reasonable price, perfect for a weekend getaway.

Disappointing
It was incredibly hot but the rooms were well air conditioned. The little driveway through a metal gate shaded by trees into the courtyard provided a very quiet green oasis in a very busy city. The area outside for breakfast was very pleasant. We were moved to another bigger room that was a significant improvement from our very small double room.
I had specified that the double bed be separated into 2 twins. It was. not that way initially - but upon request it was quickly done. Our room on the 2nd floor did have two windows that looked out onto courtyard and a small balcony with table and chairs. But the floor sloped, the front door was not square so had a gap along the top edge. The bathroom was very small, and entrance to the tiny shower through a set of sliding glass doors was awkward at best. My friend and I were going to be there for 4 days and there just was not enough room. The ceiling of the hallway was badly cracked with exposed piping and a very interesting choice of zebra carpet. I was not happy. It took a visit or two to the front desk and the gentleman there said he could move us the next day to a suite....That suited us very well. Thank you for that. The maid service.....or room clean up service.....was 5/10. Bed not made, literally just the cover pulled up over the pillows. Clean towels were haphazardly placed under the sink. Never saw a washcloth, or face cloth. Towels were thin.
