Good location, cleanliness , free water fountain.
Breakfast had good variety
Staff speaking loudly during breakfast time , wandering with food and eating while attending the buffet seemed unprofessional to me honestly.
One day of my four days the breakfast was lacking few things that was present usually.

Our stay at Hotel Nice Azur Riviera was absolutely delightful! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and made us feel very welcome. The hotel is modern, elegant, and perfectly maintained — everything was spotless and beautifully decorated.
The room was comfortable, quiet, and tastefully furnished, with a cozy bed and high-quality amenities. We especially appreciated the little details that made the stay feel extra special.
The location is excellent — right in the heart of Nice, just a short walk from the train station, main shopping streets, and the beautiful Promenade des Anglais. It’s very convenient for exploring the city or taking day trips along the French Riviera.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always available to assist with directions, restaurant recommendations, or any requests we had.
Overall, everything was perfect — from the room to the service, the cleanliness, and the location. Hotel Nice Azur Riviera is a truly wonderful place to stay, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nice, France.

Staff very helpful and good location. Room a little small but shower was excellent. Breakfast was ok and staff allowed us to bring our own wine into their lounge and they supplied the wine glasses which was very convenient and kind. I would recommend this hotel to stay in.
Room small and no parking for pickup of Uber.

It was spotlessly clean, very friendly helpful staff, great location. Lots of shops and restaurants round about and approximately 5-10 minute walk to train station, trams and Jean Medicin. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Towels changed every day and room cleaned every day too.

The hotel is situated near lots of shops with only snacks & fast food available. For nice restaurants & bars a good walk towards old nice necessary

Very central location with easy access to trams and the train station. Lovely French windows that can be opened but completely sound proof when closed. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room itself is a good size with a good sized bathroom with walk in shower. Enough space for a couple and two large suitcases plus plenty of space to move around.
Beds are a bit hard and, personally, not what I prefer. However I’m sure others would disagree.

The hotel is old and needs updates, but clean. The breakfast was just ok, nothing special for 18 euros. Never mind the breakfast and head to a cafe. The location is a walk away from the station, but not centrally located to the old town shops and restaurants. Definitely not a four star hotel, maybe three at best!

Staff were excellent. Very Welcoming.
You had sparkling,lemon or still cold water available all the time.
The breakfast is one of the best we’ve had on our travels.Very good variety.
We loved the crepes and the honeycomb.
Had a fridge, coffee maker and safe in room.
