Conveniently located within walking distance to the tram and train station. The facilities and amenities were exceptional, but the best part was the friendly, attentive, and welcoming reception staff!

The hotel is very nice, modern and very clean. Location is excellent beside the train station and easy access to the old town and shopping. Free access to water and tea/coffee was very welcome. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Our room was quite small but still comfortable and had everything we needed.

Its walkable to the train station but its still quiet. The room is nicely decorated. You can tell that its new. Toilet and shower are big. The evening / night shift receptionist, Gary was very attentive and helpful. Like the simple touch of providing the guests with sunblock as it was too sunny.
Lobby is deceptive - its too simple. Breakfast could be a bit boring. Not flexible with checkin time - although luggage storage is allowed.
