Location was excellent - close to where I wanted to be in Nice.
Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Dinner & breakfast were good.
My single room was fine for me but the bed was very small and although I was able to sleep- someone taller than me (5'2"+) would have had a very uncomfortable sleep.

One day the housekeeper left my room open all day . The hotel manager did not apologize and did not give any compensation. My passport was in my room. This was not acceptable
De plus when you stay fews days they do not vacuum the room and clean well on the 3 days I requested to the from desk them they did it . It is not the housekeeper fault it is the management, who ask to prioritize the arrival not the stay I got this confidential ? information ℹ️
I will recommend this hotel , the terrace bar restaurant is a plus

Comfortable bed
Found hair on shower wall in bathroom. Looked overall very old. Carpet was definitely old. Room was ok overall, on the small side, could barely get out of bed on one side. The worst part was finding the location late at night. The address listed is not the physical address. Took us forever to find it. I am glad we had a car, initially we were supposed to.arrive by train
Circling around with suitcases at night would have been awful.

Amazing stay! The hotel is close to a variety of restaurants—you’ll be spoiled for choice! It’s also within walking distance to shopping malls and Nice Ville station.
The room was very warm, and the hot water never ran out, which we loved since our visit was in January.
A heads-up: if you need the iron or kettle, a €20 deposit is required. It wasn’t really necessary, but we went ahead since we needed them.

The room was spacious and clean.
First of all, the entrance is very confused. So when we arrived at the entrance with stairs with our one year old in his stroller and us full of luggage, no one from the staff was kind enough to ask if we needed some help. And we received some looks as well.
Then the a/c was not working (just ventilation) even though we programmed to 15 C and was still hot. We tried several times and also waited so the room could refrigerate, but nothing besides a very light wind.
My one year old, that was already asleep, was sweating. Luckily we brought our stroller fan (for the hot days) and were able to use for him.
Also the room phone to call reception was not working. So I had to go to the reception and ask for some help with the a/c. When I said my room number, the staff said he couldn’t help me since was already late and the only way they could change the mode from ventilation to a/c was inside the room next door. Exactly, I was paying 150 euros for one night, for a hotel that had no a/c in my room and I had to spend the night sweating with my family because the had the dumbest management of my rooms a/c.
The staff said again he could do anything to help me. Just offered me a table fan and asked me if I already opened the window… I was not believing…
I just booked this hotel for the good reviews on booking.com that I trust. But if I can give you an advice, don’t stay there.
Besides this situation, the bed is short and my husband that is not talll (1,70 m) had his feet’s outside the bed. The staff is very apathetic and they also don’t have free parking, you have to pay I think 20 euros per day.
Horrible experience, will never be coming back.
It was funny because the had a sign saying that the rooftop had a/c but not my room ?

It was one of the smallest hotels I’ve ever stayed in! I’m 5’11 and the bed and shower were super tight! If you’re a tall or big guy, I don’t think this hotel works! The breakfast wasn’t worth 15 Euros.

Wonderful
We had a wonderful room for 2 adults and 2 teens. There was a large king bed and upstairs there were 3 single beds. There was lots of storage space, a huge shower and sink area and separate toilet. Everything appeared very new. The airconditioning was very welcome out of the hot city. We were close to the train station for arrival and departure and the tram line was a few 100 m away which brought us down to the old town and the sea in approx 3 stops.
There was nothing I could say negative - it was a great hotel and location.
