Wonderful
Excellent staff. 24 hour desk. 10 minute walk to waterfront. Another 10 minutes to the market area with fantastic restaurants. We thought hotel room small but clean and well organized.

We had a plane delay and arrived in Nice very late. We were warmly welcomed by staff at the front desk and we settled in. Sebastian, the manager, was extremely helpful. The hotel was a 10 minute walk to the beach and another 10 minute walk along the beach to the market and numerous restaurants.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. When checking we received an outlined map where things were and highlighted key locations and when the markets were running. Questions were answered and we were also able to upgrade our room in such short notice.
The pillows were too soft for my preference, and I found them uncomfortable after a long day when I was looking forward to a good night’s sleep

Location was great. Close to all the action at a reasonable price. Great to have onsite parking, and cost to park was reasonable. Not parking is limited but very secure.

we really liked that location we have always stayed in the old town so his area was fairly new and exposed us to alot of different restaurants, cafe's etc it was very enjoyable. The staff at the hotel were really lovely and it was fairly quite, we did however hear noise from people coming and going inside the hotel but outside noise we didnt hear anything. The room was a little smaller than expected but was still lovely.
Just the noise it was really bad, just noticable.

Location was perfect, very cute little hotel 5 min from the beach ! Room is functional, rooftop is really nice. I haven't had issues sleeping at night, with earplugs you will sleep like a baby.

The location is a perfect walk to Promenade Des Anglais.
The Staff are very nice and helpful and offered me a city map during my check in.

The hotel appears new and well-maintained at first glance, which gave me high hopes. The room was clean and the bed was surprisingly comfortable — definitely a plus. However, the walls were incredibly thin; I could hear everything from neighboring rooms as if the walls were made of paper. Not ideal for a good night’s rest.
Service-wise, the staff seemed a bit inexperienced or possibly overwhelmed. While polite, they didn’t seem fully prepared to handle basic requests smoothly, giving the impression that the hotel isn’t quite functioning at full capacity yet.
Another downside was the room view — it faced the bottom of a fire escape staircase. This meant very little natural light and virtually no view of the sky, making the space feel a bit gloomy.
Overall, while the hotel has potential, it still feels like it’s in a soft-opening phase. With some improvements in soundproofing and service, it could be a decent stay — but for now, it’s not quite there.

The room was clean and a great value and the location was fantastic. Lots to do and eat in the area. Easy walking distance to the trains, trams and beach. The garage was a great add-on too.
Our room was a little small and could have used more storage, but we made it work. Still great for the price.

Perfect location, easy to reach airport or train station, beach is close to the hotel, good brunch cafes in 2 min distance.
Staff is super friendly and ready to help.
Room has a fridge, so you can keep your water cold.
For Easter we received chocolate egg and candies, a pleasant surprise.
Sound isolation of room was awful, we can hear how people in the next room flush their toilet or just speak (maybe it is old building and it is impossible to fix).
One time plastic cups for tea and coffee in rooms.
