The staff were excellent. Welcoming and friendly, we also enjoyed the pool. It was very clean and comfortable.
The location was a climb from the city centre, which I had not appreciated when booking. There was also issues with the shower flooding the bathroom.

Every member of staff was friendly and polite. The front desk staff always had recommendations and were happy to chat out our plans and what we were doing. The night staff member also delightful, when we came back super late after the rugby in Marseilles!
We enjoyed the walk up the hill away from town, but some people might not be of the same opinion?? For us, it made it a very quiet, relaxing hotel.
Absolutely nothing at all!

Beautiful hotel in a really lovely quiet and peaceful area of Nice. The hotel staff were all helpful, smart, and really friendly. The rooms were well appointed with good facilities. Handily located for Nice centre and the train station.
It was not a significant issue for us, but the hotel is in an elevated position and maybe not suited for anyone with mobility problems.

The location suites my wife and me. The hotel was very clean and well maintained and the staff were extremely welcoming, helpful and friendly.
Next time I will book a bigger room.

Beautiful building and very tastefully decorated throughout. The bedrooms are a great size and beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are slightly on the small size but that wasnt a problem at all. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful. We had a lovely stay and look forward to returning in the future.

Its a nice hotel overall. The building is beautiful and the breakfast was fine. I had a standard double bedroom and I wouldnt recommend it. I think the main point of staying in the hotel is the view, which I didnt have. The stuff was helpful.
The location is not great I think, its a 30 min walk to most places at least. The Chagall museum was the only thing that was a 15 min walk or so. I didnt like the bathroom, it was tiny and the floor was full of water after taking the shower.
